– Member of the European Georges Pompidou Hospital clinical data warehouse project team (September
2009 to Today) : The aims of this project are to design, implement and assess a clinical data warehouse aggregating
the data managed by different information systems at the European Georges Pompidou Hospital (EHR, CPOE,
Pharmacy...) in a single data source with a searchable user-friendly interface based on a simple information model.
– Member and co-author of the EvAd project (September2010 to January 2013) : The aim of this project is
to assess the diagnostic performance of a clinical decision support system compared to the daily workload of
pharmacists in charge of pharmaceutical validation of medication orders. This project was supported by a grant
from The French Ministry of Health..
– Member of the EHR4CR (Electronic Health Record For Clinical Research) Project (September 2011 to
May 2013) : The aim of this project is to design, implement and assess software tools to mine electronic health
records of several hospitals in Europe for patient recruietement and clinical research. This project was supported
by a grant from the Innovative Medicines Initiative Joint Undertaking.
