Ultra Smooth Ionic Plates
With plates that are as strong as steel but 40% lighter, our titanium technology
emits negative ions that seal the cuticle, aiding in the hair smoothing process.
Titanium, a powerhouse heat conductor, stops frizz and static electricity before it
starts. The ultra smooth floating plates ensure safe and evenly distributed heat for a
healthy and
frizz-free result, leaving hair with a silky smooth texture like never before.
Rapid Heating and Cooling
Selective temperature buttons for faster styling, infrared heating technology
penetrates deep into the cortex of the hair, reducing frizz and imparting beautiful
shine for all hair types. The rapid heating and cooling titanium plates deliver even
heat distribution for consistent styling results. The temperature ranges between
302°F - 410°F (150°C - 210°C).
LCD Display
The temperature indication is made possible with the LCD display.
Selecting the perfect temperature for your hair type is essential to avoid heat
damage and for maintaining strong and healthy hair.
As the temperature is increased, the LCD display will blink to indicate a change in
temperature has been made. The easy to use ON/OFF button also powers off the
styler.

Elongated Titanium Plates
The 1” wide titanium plates are over 4” long and self align to ensure maximum contact.
Straightening, flipping and curling have never been easier or quicker. These plates allow
for quick heating, cooling and even distribution of heat, leaving behind luxurious shine
and silky smooth hair with static-free results. The floating plates are great for creating
everything from voluminous curls to long and flowing beach waves. Get creative with
your hair, this design ensures endless styling possibilities.
Automatic Shut-Off
With safety in mind, the automatic shut-off feature is designed to automatically
power off the styler after 60 minutes of use. This may prevent any unwanted heat
damage igniting small fires. However, powering off and unplugging styler after each
use is necessary to guarantee the safest possible results.

Instructions for use
It is important to make sure hair is completely dry and free of moisture
prior to using Martino Cartier’s Bulletproof Styler. After washing, use
Martino Cartier’s Haute Stuff Hair Dryer to remove all excess moisture
from hair.

1. Press the ON/OFF button to power ON.
2. Press the temperature button until you reach your desired
temperature. Consider that different hair types require different
temperature settings.
3. The Temperature Indicator LCD light will blink until desired
temperature is reached. Once the temperature is reached, the light
will remain solid.
4. When straightening hair, take sections no more than 3” - 4” wide
and 0.5” thick. Place hair between plates and close tightly while
sliding the plates as close as possible, while avoiding the scalp.
5. Hold the plates tight by pressing together. Hold for 2 - 3 seconds
and slide the styler away from the head toward the ends of the
hair. Do not hold hair between plates for more than 2 - 3 seconds.
6. Continue around the head until smoothing is complete.
Upon completion, press ON/OFF button to power OFF.

Cleaning and Maintenance
1. When finished using, turn off styler, unplug and let it cool down
before storing.
2. Do not touch the titanium plates for at least 30 minutes after
turning styler off.
3. Wipe down the titanium plates with a soft damp cloth or use a
small amount of warm soapy water.
4. Let styler cool down completely before cleaning the body of the
styler.
5. Wipe down the body of the styler with a soft damp cloth.
6. Do not immerse styler in water or any other type of liquid.
7. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning products or solvents.
Troubleshooting
1. Inspect buttons, ensure that buttons are engaged fully in the
correct position. In some cases, the button is simply loose from
excessive use and not fully engaged.
2. Inspect the power outlet, If you are using a GFCI or GFI outlet
with a reset circuit breaker button on the panel, it may simply
need to be reset to start the current of electricity into your styling
iron. Try different outlets to rule out a potential faulty electrical
outlet issue.
3. Inspect the cable, check the power cord for any cuts, cord
separation, or exposed wires. Before doing any power cord
repair to your styler, ensure the device is completely powered off
and unplugged from any electrical outlet. In most cases, you can
quickly repair minor wire damage by securing the wires together
and wrapping the damaged area in electrical tape.
