Lieu et dates
Le championnat se déroulera du mercredi 1er juin au dimanche 5 juin 2016 dans la baie de Morges.

Règles
La régate sera régie par :
Les règles telles que définies dans les Règles de Course à la Voile de l’ISAF.
Les prescriptions de Swiss Sailing qui seront appliquées peuvent être téléchargées à l’adresse :

Le règlement de Swiss Sailing concernant les championnats de Suisse de régates en flotte y compris
les directives.
Les directives d’applications de Swiss Sailing aux Regulations 19 „admissibilité“ et 20 „Publicité“ de
l’ISAF s’appliqueront.
La directive d’application de Swiss Sailing à la Regulation 21 de l’ISAF s’appliquera. Des contrôles
pourront être faits à tout moment selon le règlement de Antidoping Suisse.
L’ordonnance sur la navigation dans les eaux suisses et ses amendements locaux.

Publicité
Publicité restreinte selon régulation 20 de l’ISAF.
Les bateaux peuvent être tenus de porter la publicité́ choisie et fournie par l’autorité organisatrice.

Admissibilité
Le championnat est ouvert aux bateaux étrangers sous réserve d’être en règle avec leur autorité
nationale et classe nationale.
Les participants doivent être membres d’un club affilié à l’ISAF. Pour les participants suisses, les
directives de Swiss Sailing font foi.
Une licence temporaire de Swiss Sailing pourra être acquise sur place.
Le nombre de bateaux admis sera de maximum 60, la date d’inscription faisant foi.
Le poids total de l’équipage n’est pas limité.

Inscriptions
L’inscription se fera au moyen du formulaire en ligne disponible à l’adresse www.cnmorges.ch >
régates.
La confirmation d’inscription, accompagnée des documents suivants :
- Copie du certificat de jauge valable
- Copie des cartes de Swiss Sailing ou licences
- Copie du certificat d'assurance en responsabilité civile
- Copie de la preuve de paiement
est à envoyer par e-mail à [email protected].
Délai d’inscription : Les inscriptions et les paiements doivent parvenir au club jusqu’au 15 avril 2016
(date du paiement faisant foi).
Les inscriptions tardives sont acceptées jusqu’au 15 mai 2016 avec une surtaxe (date du paiement
faisant foi).
Finance d’inscription : CHF 500.- par bateau (inscription tardive : CHF 550.-) à verser avec l’inscription,

Deux soirées avec cocktails dînatoires (repas et boissons) pour tous les navigateurs sont incluses.
Soirée de Gala du samedi soir au CNM, CHF 70.- par régatier (forfait incluant repas, vins, bière, eau,

Forfait « accompagnant » de CHF 150.- par personne, pour les 4 jours (apéritif de bienvenue, diverses
agapes en soirée, y compris la Soirée de Gala du samedi soir au CNM).

Nombre de courses:
- Il est prévu de courir 9 courses maximum.
- 3 courses au maximum pourront être courues par jour.

Jauge
Les contrôles des certificats de jauge, ainsi que les différents contrôles de jauge seront effectués dans
la tente à côté du club house.
Aucun certificat de jauge ne sera délivré sur place.

Les parcours seront de type « banane ».

Système de pénalité
La règle 44.1 est modifiée de sorte qu’un seul tour est exigé.

Classement
Le championnat sera validé si au moins 4 courses valables sont courues.
Quand 4 courses ou plus auront été validées, le score d’un bateau sera le total de ses scores dans
toutes les manches en retirant son plus mauvais score.
La remise des prix peut suivre à l’issue du délai de réclamations de la dernière manche courue.

Prix
Les prix suivants seront attribués :
- Médailles pour les trois premiers bateaux.
- Prix pour les trois premiers bateaux au classement général final.
- Autres prix par tirages au sort et prix journaliers.

Grutage
L’emploi de la grue est gratuit pour les participants au championnat.
Les grutages pendant le championnat sont interdits, sauf cas de force majeure ou autorisation
expresse du Comité de Course ou du Comité de Réclamations.

Amarrages et places de parc
Chaque bateau se verra attribuer une place d’amarrage selon les instructions du garde-port et devra s’y
conformer.
Une place de parc est prévue pour les remorques et celles-ci devront être impérativement déposées à
cet endroit.
Une carte de parking sera remise aux participants lors de la confirmation d’inscription.

Décharge de responsabilité
Les concurrents participent à la régate à leurs propres risques (règle 4 des RCV, décision de courir).
L'autorité organisatrice n'acceptera aucune responsabilité en cas de dommage matériel, de blessure ou
de décès, dans le cadre de la régate, aussi bien avant, pendant, qu'après la régate.

Assurance
Chaque bateau participant doit détenir une assurance en responsabilité civile incluant les risques en
compétition d’un montant minimal de CHF 5 millions par événement.

Venue and Date
The Championship will be held from Wednesday June 1st to Sunday June 5th 2016 in the bay of
Morges.

The regatta will be governed by :
The rules as defined in the ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).
The Swiss Sailing prescriptions to the RRS that will apply can be downloaded here :

The Swiss Sailing Regulations for Swiss Championships in fleet racing including its implementary
regulations will apply.
The Swiss Sailing implementary regulations to ISAF Regulation 19 (Eligibility Code) and 20
(Advertising) will apply.

The Swiss Sailing implementary regulations to ISAF Regulation 21 (Anti Doping) will apply. Doping
controls are possible at any time according to regulations of Antidoping Switzerland.
Swiss Federal law for inland navigation with local amendments will apply.
If there is a conflict between languages, the French text will take precedence.
For the Swiss Sailing national prescriptions and regulations, the French text will take precedence.
The official language is French.

Advertising
Advertising is permitted under ISAF regulation 20.
Boats may be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the organizing authority.

Eligibility
The regatta is open to all boats of the Dragon class. The regatta is open also to boats from foreign
countries.
All competitors (skipper and crew) must be members of a club affiliated to a national authority of the
ISAF. For Swiss competitors the amendments of Swiss Sailing to the Eligibility Code will apply.
A tempory Swiss Sailing licences can be purchased at registration.
The following restrictions on the number of boats apply : maximum of 60 boats. Registration date apply.
The weight of the crew is not limited.

Application
Application shall be submitted online at www.cnmorges.ch > Régates.
The application confirmation, with the following documents enclosed :
- Copy of Measurement Certificate
- Copy of Swiss Sailing membership-card or Licence
- Copy of the third-party liability insurance certificate
- Copy of the proof of payment
must be sent by e-mail to [email protected].
Deadline : Applications and payment shall be received until April 15th 2016 (date of payment).
Late applications will be accepted until May 15th 2016 with a surtax (date of payment).

Scheduled Races :
- The Championship will be sailed with a maximum of 9 valid races.
- At one day no more than 3 valid races will be sailed.

Measurement
The check of the Measurement Certificates and the control measurements will take place in the tent
next to the Clubhouse.
No first measurements will be carried out.

The race courses will be of type „Windward-Leeward course“.

Penalty System
The rule 44.1 is changed so that the Two-Turns penalty is replaced by the One-Turn penalty.

Scoring
To constitute the Championship at least 4 valid races must be sailed during the scheduled time.
When 4 valid races or more have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her races
scores excluding her worst score.
The prize giving will be made following the protest time limit of the last race.

Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
- Championship Medals for the first 3 boats
- Prizes for the first 3 boats
- Drawing of other prize lots and daily award.

Crane
During the championship launching and hauling will be free of charge for the Dragon competi-tors.
All yachts shall not be hauled out during the championship excepted with, and according to the terms of
prior written permission of the Race Committee or the Protest Committee.

Mooring and Parking
For every boat a suitable place will be provided. Arrangements of the harbour administrator must be
respected.
Special parking lots will be marked for the trailers and must be respected.
Parking cards for the competitors are available at the Check-in.

Disclaimer of Liability
Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk (See RRS rule 4 - Decision to race).
The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal in-jury or death
sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

Insurance
Each participating boat shall be insured with a valid third-party liability insurance including the coverage
of risks at regattas, with a minimum cover of CHF 5 million per incident.
