1 RÈGLES ET USAGES, CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES de la GUILDE EUROPÉENNE de la TRANSLATION et du Groupe AAA-TRANSWORD-T.E.E.T.
Le Groupe garantit gratuitement pendant 10 (dix) ans sa traduction et s'engage à apporter toute correction si sa responsabilité est engagée, pour erreur éventuelle. - Les corrections ne font pas novation à
l'obligation de paiement intégral par le Client, au terme prévu. Toute modification ou correction apportée à la traduction par le Client lui-même est inopposable et non déductible. - Les modifications
ultérieures non imputables au Groupe (synonymies, style, instructions ou modifications du texte a posteriori,...) sont facturées suivant tarif ou sur devis. - La traduction est la propriété exclusive du Groupe
jusqu'à son paiement intégral. – Toute diffusion ou utilisation totale ou partielle de la traduction vaut acceptation sans réserve de la traduction livrée. – Le délai n'est ni un élément essentiel, ni un motif de
rejet, non-paiement ou réduction du prix, sauf contrat contraire spécifique, au cas par cas. - Tous litiges doivent être opposés et valablement justifiés à dire d'expert sous 8 jours civils à compter de la livraison,
sous peine de nullité. - Sauf contrat contraire au cas par cas, les traductions sont payables à livraison, les traductions certifiées sont payables à la commande et l'interprétariat est payable 50% à la réservation
et 50% avant début de mission. - Conformément à la Loi 776 du 4/08/2008 "Modernisation de l'économie", Art. 92 & 21 (V), - 8e & 12e Alinéas, au-delà du 30e jour suivant la date d'exécution de la
prestation, une pénalité de retard de 3x le dernier taux de la BCE majoré de 10 points de pourcentage s'appliquera. - Le Groupe est légalement lié par les obligations des professions intellectuelles : obligation
de moyens et obligation de conseil. - La compétence juridictionnelle est celle de la société Groupe ayant contracté la commande de traduction.
GUILD OF EUROPEAN TRANSLATORS GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS AND RULES – AAA-TRANSWORD-T.E.E.T. Group
The Group freely guarantees for a period of 10 (ten) years its translations and agrees to enter any correction, editing or adaptation work (free of extra charge if the Group's responsibility is involved for any
error). Corrections shall in no case be sufficient grounds for total or partial non-payment. - Any corrections/amendments not attributable to the Group's liability (synonyms, authoring style, postinstructions/changes...) are chargeable (per published price list or upon quote). - Translated material shall remain the Group's exclusive property until full payment thereof. – Using or publishing the whole or
part of the translated material for any purposes whatsoever shall be construed as acceptance of the whole translation without reservation or restriction. - Time is not of the essence and late delivery is not
grounds for total or partial non-payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Any disputes must be reasonably grounded, validated by expert's opinion, and notified within 8 calendar days under penalty of
nullity. - Unless otherwise agreed on a case by case basis, translation services are payable cash on delivery, certified translations are payable cash with order and interpreting services are payable by halves,
upon booking and prior to mission beginning. - In compliance with French Act 776 of 04/AUG/2008, Art. 92 & 21 (V), - 8th & 12th Paragraphs, after the 30th day as from the performance date of the service,
a late payment penalty of 3x the last published rate of the CEB plus 10 percent shall apply. - The Group is liable to all legal obligations bearing on intellectual production professions: obligation of means and
professional consultancy obligation. - Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the jurisdiction of competence of the Group's Company having accepted the translation purchase order shall prevail.

design & translation company, which will later become T.E.E.T., is awarded a multiannual translation contract which is still in

Foundation stone laid at the CEA Cadarache atomic energy center which is later inaugurated by General de Gaulle in 1963. Right

Jean ROUSSEL takes over the S.E.A.T. agency to create the parent company of our group, T.E.E.T. (Translations Études Éditions
Techniques). Target markets: military aerospace, weapon systems.

Just starting out as language teacher, Eric BON joins T.E.E.T. as a junior proof-reader and begins his in-house technical training
while teaching at a highly reputed private secondary school and at the University of Provence.

Jean ROUSSEL, C.E.O., proposes corporate partnership to Eric who has become Head of Service at T.E.E.T.: Incorporation of the
TFD subsidiary (“Translation – Formation – Documentation”).

PREAMBLE: The Translators are recruited at higher college education level (BAC (A-levels) + 6 years, either
with foreign Engineer's profile, or at post-masters level in foreign languages with legal or technical speciality
credits).
Prerequisite: Any candidate must be a proven bilingual such as a bilingual family or education, with parents from
both national origins (source+target languages), education and training in both cultures. The time period of active
residence either for professional or education purposes in the considered foreign country is 10 years.
Training will be complemented in-house through a training period of 2 years. Technicians (bilingual Engineers)
will follow a language-oriented training (linguistics, grammar, style, lexicology and terminology). Linguists will
follow a technical training: in-house sessions ensured by the Company's Engineers, theory & practice
apprenticeship in electronics and electricity, computers, I.T. & networks (administration, programming,
application development, basic hardware knowledge), mechanics & mechatronics, thermodynamics, aeronautics,
weapon systems, basic nuclear & energy topics.
ALL staff members comply with this profile.
Project Leaders are appointed for each contract according to speciality control and mastery.
Permanent Leaders are appointed for the main production languages. In most cases, the Project Leaders are
chosen form the Permanent Leader Staff. These are:
