Built in an excellent location in the middle of an untouched natural environment, the
luxury villa in Pula is close to the Pula Arena and the Archaeological Museum in Pula.
Surrounding the house is a huge garden with many types of trees, hedges, a
manicured lawn and even a charming but modest vineyard, an ideal location for a
luxury summer holiday.
The ultimate in glass and stone architecture surrounded by the most lovely and lush
garden. Its modern design is dominated by a combination of glass, stone and wood
and the interior is characterized by attractive, rough stone walls in the living areas. A
combination of black and white floors and walls, and stylish furniture in the same
shades compliment the walls. Double height ceilings with their immense open wooden
beams allow the windows to be much larger letting in copious amounts of sunny
brightness. Even the large and lovely kitchen with its central island has skylights.
Four similarly styled bedrooms can comfortably accommodate eight adults and two
sofa beds are available for two children. All the rooms are designed using black and
white in the curtains, bedding and lighting, with strategically placed and sized
windows. One double room is on the ground floor with a view on the garden and the
three other double rooms are a level higher, reached via a passage with a glassbarrier, looking down on the lounge. The generous use of glass gives the stairway and
corridor a modern and airy feel.
Going outside you will be in a new world of green lushness. Cool down in the pool with
its waterfall, have an al fresco dinner at the covered terrace or grill a steak at the large
barbeque area. Children even have a playing area with swings! There are two small
buildings flanking the main villa where a Finnish sauna and a playroom with billiards
and ping-pong is located.
