RENOVATION ET VALORISATION D'UN HOTEL DE LUXE
RENOVATION AND ENLARGING OF A LUXURY HOTEL
Le projet de la réhabilitation et
extension de ce hôtel de luxe prévoit
l’harmonisation de l’ensemble des
différents bâtiments sur le site, depuis
le parvis public au niveau de la ville
jusqu’aux terrasses avec leurs vues
panoramiques sur le paysage de
Capri.
Les structures existantes datant
d’époques différentes et chacune
habillé en un style unique, l’objectif
d’une unification de l’hôtel se fait avec
un élément léger : celui d’un treillis
blanc, agissant comme motif et fil
rouge à travers le site et ses différents
niveaux.
Cette ligne de continuité donne un
repère aux visiteurs ainsi qu’une
logique aux lignes des édifices.
Au niveau des terrasses on trouve des
bars et un restaurant avec des vues
panoramiques sur la colline. Abritant
ces decks sont des stores en tissu
blanc, qui eux intègrent des panneaux
de capteurs photovoltaïques.
Le projet rentra en phase chantier en
automne 2015.
The project involves the overhaul and
other general improvements to the
famed Capri Palace Hotel located in
Anacapri. The hotel is spread out over
a vast hillside, with its many buildings
dating from different periods connected by a series of winding walkways,
terraces, decks and patios, and stairs
and elevators.
The goal is to give the complex a harmonious aesthetic, brought about by
the creation of a light trellis-like canopy structure that begins at the level
of the plaza entry and ends at the
uppermost rooftop decks and bars.
The trellis provides for a structure for
the integration of shading devices at
the level of the city plaza and private
patios, as well as solar panels at the
level of the rooftop panoramic bar and
restaurant areas.
The project is expected to enter into
the construction phase in the autumn
of 2015.
