Mission
As the Human Resources Manager of the Singapore campus you will have to actively participate in
the development of ESSEC and its employees. You will be accountable for the delivery of all HR
services. Proactive and hands-on, you will contribute to deliver and improve HR practices and
initiatives in partnership with managers to achieve the overall objectives of the organisation.
Main duties and responsibilities
Recruitment
• In charge of the whole recruitment process from understanding recruitment needs,
elaborating job profiles, screening to finalizing the recruitment
• Provide support, delivery and advisory services to hiring managers
HR Administration
• In charge of Payroll
• Managing contracts, leave matters, overtime, disciplinary actions etc….
• Ensuring legal compliance with regulatory bodies and reporting
• Managing visa and employment pass needs
• Coordinating and enforcing systems and procedures to increase operational efficiency
HR Development
• Participating in the development of HR policies and documentation
• Managing annual performance review
• Elaborating annual training plan and other HR development projects in liaison with the head
office in France

Profile
•
•
Degree or post graduate specialization in HR management
Broad and solid experience (min 5 years) across HR functions with an expertise in
recruitment, local legislation and labor practices
