ESSEC Asia-Pacific October 2015 JOB OFFER Career Services & Events Executive/Senior Executive Mission The Career Services & Events Executive/Senior Executive is an integral member of the Career Services Department. Duties and responsibilities 1. Career Services – Internships and Employer Relations Broadcast and communicate internships and career opportunities to students in collaboration with our campus in France. Keep abreast of local employment legislations Provide career advisory service to students regarding internships and job placements in Singapore. Provide advice to companies and employers looking for interns and employees. Build and maintain network and database of professional contacts, employers and companies. Maintain and keep track of Career Service budget. Assist in ESSEC Mentor-Mentees Programme. Coordinate room bookings, manage event logistics, reimbursements and expense claims, source for trainers/vendors, corporate gifts, and door-gifts for events and BBA Field Experience. Other duties and tasks as required. 2. Events Management Organize and manage career workshops, professional talks, round-table events, and networking sessions for students, corporate partners and alumni. Organise annual mentoring events: kick-off sessions and training sessions for mentors. Manage event invitations and reminders to invited guests and students.
