Rigmat Rigmat, is especially designed for Oil & Gas fields. Rigmats are formed by combining steel and wood and are designed by making weight calculations for the area to be used and purpose of use. Moreover, being durable enables it to be used in countless projects. Primary areas of use: - path in the field, - walking path, - temporary ways - equipment bases. Definition Of Logo It is derived from “Rig” and “Mat”. Rig: Expresses the area it is to be used based on oil drilling camp. With the second letter “I” symbolised as an drilling rig, visual element has been strengthened. Mat: Means platform. With the combination of two words, the product is clearly defined. Logo Dimensions “Oil drilling rig” symbol used in the logo is used as letter “I” which is the 2nd (second) letter of the brand. Straight line between two dots in the below section symbolises “platform” related to the product. The ratio of the height of the characters forming the typography part of the logo with the height of the upper part “oil drilling rig” symbol outside the typography area and the ratios of the other part forming the logo are shown below. Depending on the need in expanding or contracting the logo, logo must be resized proportionately and must be applied in the recommended minimum height values. x 3,4 R GMAT ® R GMAT ® 7 mm x1 Minimum Height 7 mm Depending on the need, the smallest use of logo is recommended to be in 7mm. Logo Proportion Logo’s height width ratio is defined as 1 / 3,4. Depending on the need logo must definitely be expanded or contracted in this ratio. www.opalon.com.tr 7 04. Use of Outer Area It is essential to leave a blank area around the logo in order for logo to be visually perceived at the maximum level. Depending on the need; any text, image, photo, drawing and any such graphical element must be placed outside of the minimum blank area. R GMAT ® a a a R GMAT ® a 8 R GMAT ® a Measurement Outer Area Minimum Area for Frame In using outer area, the height between the upper border of the triangle forming the logo and upper border of logotype “Opalon” is taken as the measurement. Border area outside the logo must be applied evenly at the right-left, up-down and corners of the logo. Color Definition Red used in the logo denotes to activism and dynamism in physical terms and determination and resolution in emotional terms. Blue colour used in typography refers to reliability. White colour which encompasses all colours in itself symbolises nobility, stability and continuity. Colour tone might show slight differences depending on the colour perception of the material used. For print publications PANTONE and CMYK, for digital publications RGB and HEX colour codes must be used in defined ratios. www.opalon.com.tr 9 06. Color Variation Sample usage of logo on white and coloured background depending on the design need when it is required to use logo outside of its original colour usage are determined as shown below. Correct / Wrong Usage Logo must be used in accordance with all visual rules covering style, colour, typography, size, ratio etc. It should not be applied in any media contrary to defined rules, in deformed way and by using different font types.
