in the development of software products for the robust design and optimization of multi-physics thermal
and fluid phenomena. NUMRI is looking for young and senior talented coworkers.
What’s the opportunity?
To further sustain and accelerate its growth, NUMRI is looking for a ​Graphical User Interface
Software Engineer​, to join its team in Leuven or Brussels.
What will you do?
Working as part of the NUMRI team, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining
the graphical user interfaces of our new software product suite. In this position, you will be in close
contact with CFD scientists and will translate their requests into state-of-the-art interactive tools to be
used by our users, worldwide. You will keep abreast of the latest trends and technology in the field of
human-computer interaction design pushing forward innovation and creativity in this domain.

Who and what are we looking for?
● A degree in Computer Science is a minimum asset.
● In-depth knowledge of C++ programming language

In-depth knowledge of scripting and programming tools
Prior experience with development of GUI for industrial CAE/CAD/CFD packages
Knowledge of human-computer interaction design
Experience in programming using Qt
Good analytical and communication skills
Applicants should be highly motivated and dynamic, have good analytical and communication skills, be a
team player able to meet the highest quality standards in software development. Proven skills in
engineering problem solving and written/oral communication are essential.
