Suspension de la faculté d’exercice des BSARs 2004 et 2006
Les titulaires de BSARs 2004 et 2006 sont informés que le conseil d’administration du 2 avril 2013 a décidé,
en application de l’article L. 225-149-1 du code de commerce et conformément aux stipulations de l’article
2.5.9 de la note d’opération visée par l’Autorité des marchés financiers sous le numéro 04-884 en date du
10 novembre 2004 et celles de l’article 4.2.1.7.5 de la note d’opération visée par l’Autorité des marchés
financiers sous le numéro 06-068 en date du 9 mars 2006, de suspendre l’exercice des BSARs 2004 (
FR0010134247) et des BSARs 2006 ( FR0010304733) à compter du 10 avril 2013 à minuit pour une durée
de trois mois (article R. 225-133 du code de commerce), soit jusqu’au 9 juillet 2013 à minuit.

Suspension of the exercise option of the stock warrants (BSARs) 2004 and 2006
The 2004 and 2006 BSARs' holders ( FR0010134247 and FR0010304733) are notified that the board's
meeting of April 2nd, 2013 has come with the decision to suspend the exercise option of the aforementioned
stock warrants as from 10/04/2013 midnight to and including 09/07/2013 midnight (3 months according to
article R. 225-133 of code de commerce). The current suspension was mentioned in the article 2.5.9 of
the note d’opération (AMF Visa number 04-884 dated on 10/11/2004) and article 4.2.1.7.5 of the note
d’opération (AMF Visa number 06-068 dated on 09/03/2006).
