NYSE Euronext informe les membres qu'à l'issue des 30 jours de cotation sur le groupe de cotation E3,
les titulaires de rompus seront indemnisés et recevront un versement en espèces calculé conformément à
l’article R. 228-94 du code de commerce.
Ce montant est calculé sur la base du cours de clôture des actions NETGEM la veille du jour de
l’approbation de la fusion par l’assemblée générale extraordinaire des actionnaires de VIDEO FUTUR
ENTERTAINMENT GROUP du 01/08/2013 divisé par 20, soit 0,135 EUR par action.

NYSE Euronext informs the members that after the 30 days of cotation on trading group E3, holders of
fractions will be compensated and will receive cash.
The calculation of compensation will be determined pursuant article R. 228-94 of the code de commerce
based on the closing price of the NETGEM shares on the eve of the approval of the merger by the
extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders dated 01/08/2013 divised by 20, i.e. EUR 0.135 per
share.
