Congress Bursary Fund 29th International Congress of Actuaries 7-10 March 2010 — Cape Town, South Africa Call for Financial Contributions It has been a long-standing tradition amongst actuaries in the IAA to subsidize their fellow actuaries from developing countries to allow them to participate in our most prestigious event, the international Congress. For the last Congress held in Paris, France, the IAA received contributions totaling more than 130,000 CA$ towards the Congress Bursary Fund. These generous contributions allowed 76 individuals from 42 countries to participate in the Congress. The IAA is now seeking financial support to provide bursaries for the upcoming 29th International Congress of Actuaries which will be held from 7-10 March 2010 in Cape Town, South Africa. Your generous donations will help you make a difference in the developing actuarial world.
