I HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS AND
CONDITIIONS WHILE STAYING AT LE MERIDIEN WITH MY PET
I agree to keep my pet on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas. I agree to keep my pet out of all food and
beverage areas. I agree to be present while any member of the hotel staff, such as housekeeping or engineering, is in
the room. When leaving my pet unattended in the guestroom, I will notify the front desk regarding the duration for
which I will be away. I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my pet, in the interest of the other hotel
guests. I understand that the room rate with a pet is €25 above the regular daily room charge. I agree to pay any
additional cleaning bills or repairs should they be required.

LORS DE MON SEJOUR AVEC MON ANIMAL DE COMPAGNIE AU MERIDIEN
J’accepte de garder mon animal de compagnie attaché ou dans une cage lorsque je suis dans les lieux publics.
J’accepte de ne pas aller dans les restaurants de l’hôtel lorsque je suis accompagné de mon animal de compagnie.
J’accepte d’être présent dans ma chambre à tout moment lorsque n’importe quel employé de l’hôtel (ex: service de
nettoyage, de maintenance…) s’y trouve. Lorsque je laisse mon animal de compagnie sans surveillance dans ma
chambre, j’informerai la réception de la durée de mon absence. Dans l’intérêt des autres clients de l’hôtel, j’accepte de
ne pas causer de bruit ou tout autre dérangement. J’ai bien noté que le tarif journalier d’une chambre occupée avec un
animal domestique comprend un supplément de 25€. J’accepte de régler tout frais supplémentaire de nettoyage ou
réparation si nécessaire.

In the event of an emergency during which neither I nor my alternate contact can be reached, I agree to relinquish care
of my pet to the hotel’s recommended veterinarian. I release both the hotel and the veterinarian from any and all
responsibility should any adverse situation occur while my pet is being cared for.
En cas d’urgence et dans le cas où ni moi, ni mon autre contact n’étions accessibles, j’accepte de confier la garde de
mon animal au vétérinaire recommandé par l’Hôtel. Je dégage l’hôtel et le vétérinaire de toute responsabilité si
n’importe quelle situation défavorable devait se produire en mon absence.
