• Provide new comers essential learning and networking to ensure their integration in OBS is a success.
• Ensure consistency and teaming by introducing a common and comprehensive sales methodology.
Poste et missions:
Under the responsibility of the head of the Sales Academy, you will support and develop the sales training activities worldwide. You will manage
different tasks autonomously and have a strong collaboration with the HR team to be able serve the needs of a broad range of internal clients from
sales to pre-sales engineer.
Activities
You will be in charge of the management new comers program as well as wide range of projects in the development and integration area.
Perform the Induction week event management:
• Manage all pre event communication.
• Organize the practical side of the yearly event (one week - 90 participants worldwide).
• Be recognized as the single point of contact internally regarding new comers integration.
• Gather quantitative and qualitative feedbacks of participants and perform analysis.
• Follow up budget with finance and contribute to budget proposal for next event
• Propose areas of improvement and define action plans to improve format, content and communication.
Develop and animate new comers’ community:
• Manage new comers program (communication and Orange internal social media).
• Propose improvement of new development path for new comers.
• Liaise with marketing and process subject matter experts to organize remote sessions on essential knowledge.
• Propose and manage roll out of new development training path for new comers.
Manage quality and updates of the new comers section in the Sales Academy portal:
• Co-ordinate with project team to ensure smooth maintenance of portal (content updates)
• Manage update of sales key internal contents (sales essentials for new comers, how and what to sell pack, directory…)
• Suggest improvement to increase number of visits and ensure the portal stays user friendly (look & feel evolution)

Profil:
Skills/competencies required
• Effective matrix management qualities needed across the business and within international business to ensure results are achieved
• Management of multiple and complex situations
• Excellent analytical skills, be able to see patterns, and attention to detail
• Should be a fast thinker and a good decision maker
• Exceptional communication & Presentation skills and the ability to multitask
• Business operations skills. Must be able to work with virtual teams
• Quality Driven- delivering excellent services to the company and customers
• Project management –anticipation and meet deadline - Ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to work independently and with less oversight and direction
• Should be determined, a fast learner and able to effect changes fast
• English fluency (French can be a plus)
• Excellent MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel ) Knowledge of InDesign or Photoshop will be considered as a strong asset
A first experience in human resources, training or sales operations area is required. (internship, “alternance”, personal projects included).
An interest or Diploma in IT& Telco business is considered a plus!
