1st ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

We would like to invite you to participate as a sponsor of our 1st Annual StJoseph d’Orléans Optimist Club Golf Tournament that will take place on August 29,
2016, 13:00hrs at the Casselview Golf Course, in Casselman, Ontario. The money raised
in this tournament will help us to support several activities held in our community for our
youth and also continue to support CHEO for its research toward the CHILDHOOD
CANCER CAMPAIGN.
The St-Joseph d’Orléans Optimist Club is a non-profit organization made up of
volunteers that supports children of 16 elementary schools and 3 high schools in Orléans
with various Optimist programs.
There are great benefits for your company to sponsor this event and the cost is
one of the best bargains around to advertise your company. As a sponsor, you will have
your company name printed in the information booklet that will be distributed to players
and projected on a screen throughout the dinner. Sponsorship and registration forms are

enclosed a registration form if your company would like to join us for the day.

address so we can send you a receipt. If you prefer, you may contact us at one of the

gifts.

L’inscription pour une équipe de quatre est de $480 ($120
par joueur). Ceci comprend barbecue le midi, les frais de
départ, la voiturette, le terrain de pratique, le souper et
un billet pour les tirages spéciaux. Ceux qui aimeraient
avoir plus de billets pour les tirages auront l'occasion de
s'en procurer via le concours de putting et/ou à un trou
désigné a cet effet. Le format sera meilleure balle.
Plusieurs prix de présences à gagner. Pour ceux qui
s’ajouteront pour le souper seulement, le coût sera de 35$

Tournament fee for a foursome is $480 or $120 for each
player. This includes your barbecue lunch, tee off, golf cart,
unlimited practice field, dinner and a ticket for special
prize draws. For extra chances at the special draws, you can
get more tickets at the putting contest and/or at a
designated hole. The format will be “best ball”. Many
participation prizes will be drawn. For those of you who wish
to join us for the dinner only, the cost will be $35 per plate.
