Your fishing permit Regulations Where learning to fish in the Pas-de-Calais département ? events Carp fishing at night Fishing for beginner and intermediate anglers Fishing schools and clubs Predator fishing contests Carp fishing is allowed at night on specific grounds defined by prefectoral order - find them on our website, www.peche62.fr. Only vegetable fishing paste can be used as bait. Under no circumstances can a carp be kept alive or transported at night. In order to fight against illegal trade in carps, transporting live carps over 60 cm (1 ft. 11 ¾ in.) is forbidden and punishable by a €22,500 fine. For several years now, the FDAAPPMA 62 has been offering free workshops to all anglers throughout the département. Participants will be guided by a professional instructor, and all the necessary fishing tackle will be provided free of charge by the fishing federation. In order to participate to this workshop, you only need apply. Call 03 91 92 02 03 or send an e-mail to [email protected] The fishing schools were created to help beginners develop the skills they need to be able to fish on their own and responsibly, respecting nature and those who enjoy it. In Pas-de-Calais, you can be taught fishing in : Each year, the Federation organizes one or several predator fishing contests. For more information: www.peche62.fr Reciprocal fishing agreement Carte Interfédérale The most economical Fishing permit In order to fish in the Pas-de-Calais departement, you will need a valid fishing permit (carte de pêche). When fishing, you must have with you at all times: Both a fishing permit issued by an AAPPMA of the Pas-deCalais departement or one delivered by one of the neighbouring departements together with a subscription to a reciprocity agreement (URNE) and the official freshwater eel fishing form (carnet de pêche de l’anguille - CERFA form N°14358*01). It is illegal to fish without a fishing permit. Any fishery officer is allowed to fine you if you cannot show him/her your fishing permit. formula Many fishing associations and federations “pool” their fishing grounds through a reciprocal agreement to make it easier for anglers to obtain a permit and to create a much larger fishing area. The interfederal fishing permit “carte interfédérale” (€95), will give you access to all AAPPMA angling grounds participating in the URNE, EGHO and CHI reciprocal networks. The «Discovery under 12» fishing permit (carte découverte), the «minor person» fishing permit (Carte mineure) and the discovery fishing permit for women (Carte Découverte Femme) benefit free of the reciprocal fishing agreement when the fishing permit is taken in a reciprocal fishing association. Please check up with the association where you will fish in order to verify the validity of your permit. Important: the adherents of reciprocical associations are obliged to respect the rules of the other reciprocical associations where they will fish. A pole fishing contest is organized with the association: Union Arquoise Section Concours. More information on our website www.peche62.fr Together with the département flyfishing club, the fishing federation will welcome you at its office for a full day of beginner classes on fly-fishing. Promoting and developing fishing These fees also allow the federation to organise fishing events and activities, from fishing classes for children (federation activities and fishing workshops) and the maintenance of fishing grounds to promoting fishing (signs, fishing guide) and the stocking of some fishing grounds. Protecting our fish and freshwater capital When you purchase a fishing permit, you fund AAPPMA and Fishing federation actions in the public interest, such as fishing ground maintenance, ecological restoration and protection of fish species. Permit fees also helps maintain a fishing network in charge of communicating, teaching and monitoring as well as raising environmental awareness. Category 1 rivers The fishing federation created two grounds for catch and release fly-fishing: on the Crequoise river in Offin and on the Course river in Beussent. Both those grounds have a fishing limit of 5 anglers a day. Anglers must be registered to fish on these grounds, and can do so only ten times each year. They must call the Federation one week ahead of time to register in order to be allowed to fish there. The phone number is +33 3 91 92 02 03. Since 2016, float tubing is allowed on the pond # 3 in Contes. This recently renovated site can sleep up to 5 float tubes (maximum) daily. In order to better manage frequenting and risks, the federation introduced a booking system for fishing. It is compulsory to call the Federation at 03.91.92.02.03 to book the course. Be careful, wearing a life jacket is mandatory! Anglers with a Pas-de-Calais fishing permit benefit from the FDAAPPMA62 insurance coverage for civil liability, disability and death while fishing or working as volunteers for their local AAPPMA or for the fishing federation. You can download the form on our website : www.peche62.fr Fish marked with spaghetti tags are monitored! Take part in a scientific study on how pikes behave in the Pas-de-Calais rivers. The monitored pikes are easy to spot: their dorsal fin has been marked with a colored spaghetti tag. How to help us? Please note the number written on the tag, your fishing technique, the size of the fish, its weight (optional) and the catch ground. Then call the Pas-de-Calais Federation to give us these informations. Thanks to your notes, we can obtain several data about their growth and migration. We count on you to contribute to our study by releasing tagged pikes if you ever fish one! et ne stockez Manutention d’objets de grande longueur (échelles, Fishing for persons Fishing grounds• Ne rehaussez pas votre terrain Fishing tourism rien sous une ligne électrique. antennes, échafaudages, tuyaux d’arrosage…), élagage Quels sont les ouvrages with reduced mobility électriques concernés ou conduite d’engins de grande hauteur ou de hauteur •?
