Kelly Morris is a partner in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Kelly
provides advice to domestic and foreign insurers, reinsurers, banks, credit unions,
brokers, agents, adjusters and other insurance intermediaries. She also has experience
in regulatory, compliance and market conduct matters, privacy law, and anti-money
laundering issues.
