Der auf den ersten Blick unwahrscheinliche Fundort liegt ca. 1 KM vom linken Ufer des
eiszeitlichen Rheins (Saaleeiszeit) entfernt, was wiederum Funde aus dem
Altpaläolithikum in diesem Bereich erklärbar macht.
The site improbable at first glance is located approximately 1 KM from the left bank of the
glacial river Rhine (Saale glaciation), which in turn makes explicable finds from the
Palaeolithic period in this area.
