criminal and administrative fine matters (Sec. 302, 374 of the
German Code of Criminal Procedure - "StPO") including the
preliminary proceedings as well as (in case of absence) the
representation under Sec. 411 II StPO and if expressly
authorized to do according to Sec. 233 I, 234 StPO, to receive
summons under Sec. 145 a III StPO, to formally demand a
stated penalty and to file any other applications, motions or
petitions allowable according to the StPO,

zur Vertretung in sonstigen Verfahren und bei außergerichtlichen
Verhandlungen aller Art, insbesondere auch zur Vertretung
gegenüber Behörden,

to represent me/us in all judicial and extra-judicial proceedings,
particularly in matters involving public authorities and agencies,

zur Begründung und Aufhebung von Vertragsverhältnissen und
zur Abgabe von einseitigen Willenserklärungen (z. B.

unilateral binding statements (e. g. giving notices).
Die Vollmacht gilt für alle Instanzen und erstreckt sich auch auf
Neben- und Folgeverfahren aller Art (z. B. Arrest und einstweilige
Verfügung,
Kostenfestsetzungs-,
Zwangsvollstreckungs-,
Interventions-, Zwangsversteigerungs-, Zwangsverwaltungs- und
Hinterlegungsverfahren sowie Insolvenz- und Vergleichsverfahren
über das Vermögen des Gegners). Sie umfasst insbesondere die
Befugnis, Zustellungen zu bewirken und entgegenzunehmen, die
Vollmacht ganz oder teilweise auf andere zu übertragen
(Untervollmacht), Rechtsmittel einzulegen, zurückzunehmen oder auf
sie zu verzichten, den Rechtsstreit oder außergerichtliche
Verhandlungen durch Vergleich, Verzicht oder Anerkenntnis zu
erledigen, Geld, Wertsachen und Urkunden, insbesondere auch den
Streitgegenstand und die von dem Gegner, von der Justizkasse oder
von sonstigen Stellen zu erstattenden Beträge entgegenzunehmen.

This Power of attorney is valid with respect to the trial stage and all
stages of appeal and also covers all kinds of ancillary and
consequential proceedings (e. g. attachment, temporary injunction,
taxation of costs, judicial execution, intervention, compulsary sale,
receivership, sequestration, deposits as well as proceedings in
insolvency and composition regarding the assets of the adverse party).
This power of attorney comprises in particular the right to deliver and
accept service, to substitute, fully or in part, other attorneys
(substituted power of attorney), to file or withdraw an appeal, to
declare a waiver to file an appeal, to settle a lawsuit or an extra-judicial
dispute by compromise, waiver or acknowledgement, to receive
money, valuables and documents, in particular the subject matter of
the action and the amounts due by the opponent, the court or other
authorities.
