Mrs Helma Sjuts
A very active pilot since 1970, Mrs. Helma Sjuts successfully achieved during 30 flights
made in 1974 the following remarkable performances:
Total duration: 174 hrs 49 min. Total distance 4046 km.
Maximum duration: 13 hrs 12 min. Maximum distance 322 km
Average duration: 5 hrs 50 min. Average distance: 135 km.
These exceptional performances during one year would be meritorious even for a male pilot;
they certainly are an unprecedented personal record for a Lady pilot.
