Context
History
In May 2012, Tabareybarey camp received refugees who were relocated from Mbeidoum and Gaoudel spontaneous refugee sites situated at the
border. The camp has a capacity to host 10,000 people. In April 2013, UNHCR and the Government launched the "Safety Net" programme in the camp
with a view to offer a durable solution for Nigeriens who fled the violence in Mali and live alongside Malian refugees in the camp.
