Invitation to the General Assembly of the DD-World Association (aka Verein Deutsch-Drahthaar
Weltverband e.V., DDWV), according to § 7 of the Association Charter
Dear Sir or Madam, dear Drahthaar Friends,
I am herewith inviting you to the General Assembly meeting of the DDWV e.V. on the occasion of the
80th Int. Hegewald-Zuchtpruefung (HZP Test), taking place at Großefehn / Ulbargen, East FrisiaNorthern Oldenburg, Germany (Ostfriesland-Nordoldenburg).
The meeting is being held on Thursday, September 19th 2013, 18.00 hrs, at Landhaus Feyen,
Auricher Landstrasse 28, 26629 Mittegrossefehn. The assembly room is flagged by a sign.
Meeting Agenda
1. Welcome, ascertainment of timely notice, designation of a keeper of the minutes,
commemoration of the deceased
2. Report of the President, Dirk Freiher von Eller-Eberstein
3. Report of the Main Breeding Warden of the VDD eV, Sigurd Croneiß
4. Presentation of the concept for the ’Introduction to the German Examination System of the
JGHV’, by JGHV Vice President Wolf Schmidt-Körby
5. Reports of member associations on breeding and examination proceedings
6. Discussion and decision-making on submitted motions
7. Consultation and discussion of essential association topics
Up to two attendees per country may participate (one of which is eligible to vote) and a translator. If a
president / chairperson does not take part, a written certificate of authority must be on hand.
Please send your motions and confirmation of participants by name, to the President of the DDWV
e.V., no later than August 18th, 2013.
