I registration conditions
Die genannten Preise verstehen sich zuzüglich jeweils gültiger Mehrwertsteuer. Der Teilnehmer
kann die Teilnahme an dem Kurs bis spätestens 15 Tage vor Kursbeginn ordentlich in Textform
kündigen. Maßgeblich ist der Zeitpunkt des Zugangs bei der TEOXANE GmbH. Die ordentliche
Kündigung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ist ausgeschlossen. Das Recht zur außerordentlichen
Kündigung bleibt unberührt. Im Falle der ordentlichen Kündigung ist der Teilnehmer zur
Tragung von 90,- EUR Bearbeitungsgebühr verpflichtet. Dem Teilnehmer bleibt der Nachweis
vorbehalten, dass der TEOXANE GmbH kein oder nur ein geringerer Schaden entstanden ist.
Die Haftung der TEOXANE GmbH ist ausgeschlossen, soweit diese nicht auf Vorsatz, grober
Fahrlässigkeit oder einer Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit beruht. | The
aforementioned fees are plus value-added tax in the applicable amount. The participant shall be
entitled to terminate their participation in writing at least 15 days before the beginning of the
course. The time of receipt by TEOXANE GmbH is decisive. Ordinary termination at a later point
in time ist not accepted. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected. In the case
of regular termination the participant is obliged to bear 90,- EUR handling fee. The participant
is retains the right to prove that TEOXANE GmbH has sustained no loss or only an insignificant
loss as a result of the cancellation. The liability of TEOXANE GmbH is excluded to the extent
that the damage has not provably arisen due to premeditation or gross negligence or in the
event of the loss of life, physical injury or damage to health.
