Lieber Leser,
es ist mir eine besondere Freude, an
dieser Stelle die einleitenden Worte an
Sie richten zu dürfen. CDA leitet nicht
nur ein neues Jahr, sondern auch eine
neue Ära ein – durch die Fusion zweier
solider und gut im Wettbewerb aufgestellter Unternehmen, die zusammen
in Zukunft noch besser auf die wachsenden globalen Herausforderungen
reagieren können. Die Perspektive von
Unternehmen hängt in unserer schnelllebigen und globalisierten Welt mehr
denn je davon ab, ob Unternehmen mit
neuen Markt- und Branchenentwicklungen, mit dem Innovationsgrad verschiedener Produkte und den Bedürfnissen und individuellen Wünschen der
Kunden Schritt halten können. Gerade
in Technologie- und Zukunftsbranchen
passiert dies in rasanter Geschwindigkeit. Das erfordert ein hohes Maß an

The perspective of a company is more

same time maintaining its innovation for
product and its care for the individual
needs of its customers. This perspective moves at a rapid pace particularly in
technology and developing industries.

ÜBER DIE NEUE UND ALTE HEIMAT DER CDA
Wir leben in einer Welt. Einer Welt
voller Wunder, einer Welt mit vielen verschiedenen Gesichtern und
Geschichten – aber auch Grenzen. Im
Zuge der Globalisierung rücken wir
näher zusammen. Gemeinsamkeiten
machen uns stärker, ohne dabei unsere eigene Identität zu verlieren. Am
13. August 2014 ist CDA Teil der OEM
geworden. Eine strategisch nachhaltige Entscheidung mit hohem Mehrwert.
Es werden Kompetenzen gebündelt.
Zwischen Thüringen und North Carolina, zwischen deutscher Verlässlichkeit
und amerikanischem Pioniergeist,
zwischen Brezeln und Burgern wachsen zwei Unternehmen zusammen, die
nicht nur beide ihren Ursprung in der
Herstellung optischer Speichermedien
haben, sondern in denen Menschen
arbeiten, die zusammen etwas Großes
erreichen möchten. „Die Fusion bietet
große Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten
auf beiden Seiten des Atlantiks“, ist
auch der alte und neue CEO der CDA
GmbH Frank Hartwig überzeugt.
Es entsteht eine Einheit, die ihre

Charlotte in den USA erhält. Was sind
typisch deutsche oder amerikanische
Tugenden? Wie unterscheiden sich
die Unternehmenskulturen beiderseits
des Atlantiks? In amerikanischen
Unternehmen herrschen nicht nur
unbürokratische, flache Hierarchien,
das „Du“ gehört zum Alltag einfach
dazu. Kurze Entscheidungswege und
eine optimistische Denkweise führen
schnell zum Ziel. Die Loyalität zum
Unternehmen ist immens, ein „Ja,
aber“ gibt es kaum. Im Gegenzug wird
viel Einsatz und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft gefordert. Auch die deutsche
Unternehmenskultur hat ihre Eigenheiten. „Made in Germany“ ist eine
anerkannte Marke, die durch deutsche
Tugenden wie Pünktlichkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Präzision untermauert
werden. Regeln werden eingehalten,
soziale Zusatzleistungen und Familienfreundlichkeit haben einen hohen
Stellenwert. Beide Unternehmenskulturen sind spannend, die Mitarbeiter
von CDA freuen sich darauf, von der
jeweils anderen Kultur zu lernen. Ein
klares Bekenntnis dazu ist sicherlich,
dass die jeweils andere Landesflagge
am Eingang des eigenen Standortes
gehisst wurde. Auch bei der Namensgebung gab es keine Differenzen.
„Was den künftigen Unternehmensnamen betrifft, hatte ich im Vorfeld lange
Diskussionsrunden erwartet. Am Ende
waren wir mit diesem Thema in drei
Minuten fertig“, sagt Frank Hartwig.
Es ist letztlich nicht entscheidend, ob
nun in den USA der Kaffee lieber aus
Pappbechern getrunken, oder das
Meeting auch mal auf dem Golfplatz
abgehalten wird, in Deutschland noch
eine Abstimmungsschleife mehr eingebaut wird oder durch ein „Ja, aber“
Prozesse präzise durchdacht werden.
Entscheidend ist, dass allen Beteiligten eine spannende und innovative
Zukunft bevorsteht, in der die Mitarbeiter von CDA voneinander profitieren
können. Und wenn es zum Frühstück
leckere Brezeln gibt, schmeckt der
saftige Burger auch zum Mittagessen.

ABOUT THE NEW AND OLD HOME OF CDA
We live in a world; a world full of wonder and one with many different faces,
histories, and borders. In the stream
of globalization, we are drawing closer
together: Similarities make us stronger,
while at the same time not losing our
own identity. On 13th August 2014,
CDA became a part of OEM. This was
a strategic and long term decision with
a high added value. Competencies
have been bundled. Between Thuringia
and North Carolina; between German
reliability and American pioneering spirit; between pretzels and burgers; two
companies are merging, both of which
not only had their roots in the manufacture of data storage, but rather
in which people work, who together
wish to achieve something greater.
Frank Hartwig, who is the old and new
CEO of CDA GmbH is convinced that
“This fusion offers large development
opportunities on both sides of the
Atlantic”. A unity has evolved, which
preserves both the individuality and
strengths of both plants in Suhl,
Germany as well as in Charlotte, USA.
What are typical German or American
virtues? How are business cultures differentiated which lie on both sides of
the Atlantic? In American companies,
there is little bureaucracy and people
work on a first name basis. Short decision paths and positive thinking lead
quickly to the target. Company loyalty
is immense and a ‘yes, but’ is hardly
heard. On the other hand, motivation,
dedication and a high commitment
are expected. Yes, even the German
company culture has its own elements. ‘Made in Germany’ is a
recognized mark, which is supported
by punctuality, reliability and precision.
Rules and standards are followed, and
social and family recognition also have
a priority. Both work ethics are fascinating, and the employees of CDA are
looking forward to benefiting from this
cultural exchange. A clear acknowledgement of this will be the hoisting
of the other’s flag at the entrance of
both sites. Frank Hartwig said that
he was also concerned with regard
to the naming of the company that
there would be differences and long
discussions. The decision was made in
three minutes.
In the end, it doesn’t matter whether
in the US the preferred method of
drinking coffee is out of paper cups, or
whether the meetings will take place
on the golf course; while in Germany
whether an agreement system will be
put into place, or a ‘yes, but’ process
will be put under the microscope. The
crucial thing is that all involved face an
exciting and innovative future, in which
the employees of CDA can only hope
to profit from each other. Even if there
are delicious pretzels for breakfast,
the juicy burger will still taste good for
lunch!

Ich wurde um eine Stellungnahme und meine Meinung zur Fusion von OEM und CDA
gebeten. Da außer der Verkündung der Übernahme von CDA durch OEM in einer Betriebsversammlung bisher nichts weiter bekannt
ist, muss man sich überraschen lassen, was
die Zukunft für beide Unternehmen bereithält.
Dass man durch gewisse Synergien, welche
sich ergeben können, im hart umkämpften
und schrumpfenden Markt der CD/DVD Duplikation eine bessere Position einnimmt,
schafft Hoffnung und Optimismus bei der Belegschaft der CDA. Ob sich die positive Aufbruchstimmung der Geschäftsführung in den
kommenden Monaten und Jahren bewahrheitet, bleibt abzuwarten und allen Beschäftigten
zu wünschen. Es liegt jetzt an jedem einzelnen
Mitarbeiter seinen Teil beizutragen, damit wir
gemeinsam noch viele erfolgreiche Jahre als
Unternehmen vor uns haben. Zum Abschluss
möchte ich noch meine Hoffnung äußern, dass
diese Fusion/Übernahme zum Vorteil beider
Unternehmen ist und nicht wie bei manch anderen transatlantischen Partnerschaften eine
Benachteiligung eines Unternehmens nach
sich zieht.
I was asked to give my opinion and comments
on the fusion of OEM and CDA. Apart from the
information at a works meeting that CDA had
been taken over by OEM, not much more is
known. We must wait and see what the future
for both parties holds. A certain hope and optimism exists here among the staff at CDA that,
despite the hard and dwindling market of CD/
DVD duplication, through the synergies which
could occur we can improve our position.
Whether the positive initial atmosphere of our
management carries through to the coming
months or years, remains to be seen. It now
lies with each and every employee to do his/
her bit to ensure that many more successful
years lie ahead. In closing, I would like to express my hope that this fusion/takeover is to
the benefit of both parties, and doesn’t end
up like many other Trans-Atlantic partnerships
where one is disadvantaged.

Ich stehe Neuerungen oder Fusionen grundsätzlich erst einmal positiv gegenüber. So ein Erfahrungsaustausch mit der Arbeitsweise oder des
Prozesses zwischen Deutschland und Amerika
ist für mich sehr interessant. Und das Schlimmste, was passieren kann? Man lernt dazu!!! Wenn
durch diese Fusion Arbeitsplätze erhalten werden, ein stabiles Auftragssystem beibehalten
wird, dann sehe ich der Sache positiv entgegen.
Die Zukunft zeigt den Rest.
Es freut mich, dass CDA durch die Fusion mit
OEM noch internationaler agieren kann. Wir können sicher beide von den Erfahrungen, Märkten
und Kunden des Partners profitieren. Sicher lassen sich auch Synergieeffekte erzielen. Auf alle
Fälle ist unsere klassische Produktion im Moment ausgelastet und ich schaue optimistisch in
die Zukunft.

I generally view new beginnings or fusions positively. Therefore, an exchange of experience of
the processes and methods between Germany
and America is for me, most interesting. What is
the worst that can happen? We learn something!
When, as a result of this merger, positions are
maintained, and a steady and stable order base
is kept, then I see it as a positive step. The future
will reveal the rest.

I find it really good that CDA looked for and found
a partner, who is not looking to expand into in
our newer markets of SD card production etc.,
but rather involved in our traditional market of CD
production and can bring different experience to
us. I hope that there is a brisk exchange of experience between the various departments, and
therefore both sites can benefit from the technical and organisational experience of the other.
Especially in our department, where technology
in pre-press and printing is constantly developing, perhaps together we can find quicker and
newer methods.

Lochow, the newly appointed sales manager of the Unit
Flash Media Solutions, about CDA’s technology, which is
already installed in many connected cars.

konsequent liest sich sein Lebenslauf. Reichlich Branchenerfahrung – von NAVIGON bis iPublish Ganske – konnte der heute 40-Jährige bereits sammeln. Seit
Juni 2014 ist er nun für den Geschäftsbereich Flash Media Solutions von CDA tätig und
betreut den internationalen Absatzmarkt. »Hier fließt alles zusammen, was man für die intelligente Steuerung und das Entertainment an Bord eines Pkw braucht.« Der Geschäftsbereich
war anfangs hauptsächlich für das Flashen von Navigationsdaten (u. a. für TomTom) auf SD-Cards,
microSD-Cards oder SSDs verantwortlich. Über die Jahre hinweg wurde das Leistungsspektrum stetig
erweitert. »Heute entwickeln wir zusammen mit unseren Partnern unter anderem eigene Software-Applikationen und neue Flash-Produkte für die Automobilindustrie – und das an Standorten auf der ganzen
Welt.« So liefert CDA tagtäglich einen wichtigen Beitrag auf dem Weg zum rundum »schlauen« Auto – dem
Connected Car.
PASSION AS INCENTIVE
“Cars, navigation and the latest technology” were the answer from Christian von Lochow to the question
of his interests, and his résumé reads accordingly. The now 40 year old boasts a rich experience from
NAVIGON to iPublish Ganske. Since June 2014 he has been responsible for the business area of CDA’s
Flash Media Solutions and cares for the international sales market. “Everything which one needs for
the intelligent driving and on board entertainment within the vehicle, flow together here.” This business area was primarily responsible for the flashing of navigation data (i.e. for TomTom) on SD
cards, micro SD cards, or SSDs. During the years, the range has steadily expanded. “Today,
amongst other things, we develop our own software applications and new flash products for the automotive industry in co-operation with our partners – and that in
plants all over the world.” In this way, day for day, CDA delivers its important
contribution to the evolution of the ‘clever’ car – the connected car.

SSDs (Solid State Disks) unterscheiden sich grundlegend von den traditionellen HDDs (Hard Disk
Drives). Während eine HDD viele mechanische Teile wie Lesekopf, Schreibkopf, Magnetscheibe

Solidly built core elements: The trend is heading towards SSD
SSDs (solid state discs) differ fundamentally from HDDs (hard disc drives). While a HHD has many
mechanical parts such as the reading head, writing head and magnetic disc; the SSD contains
micro-chips and no movable parts. This makes it silent, more robust, and gives it a greater temperature resistance. SSDs are found in laptops and many other portable items. They are increasingly

Vom 9. bis 11. September präsentierte sich die CDA in Singapur auf der
Medical Manufacturing Asia. Auf der
internationalen Fachmesse für Medizintechnik, die zu den Sprungbrettern
für den südostasiatischen Markt zählt,
zeigten mehr als 500 Aussteller aus 30
Nationen die komplette Prozesskette
für medizintechnische Komponenten.
Die patientennahe Sofortdiagnostik
zählt ebenso wie Hightech-Entwicklungen aus der Mikro- und Nanotechnologie sowie der Optik und Photonik zu
den Schwerpunkten der Fachmesse.

Singapur präsentierte sich als
hervorragender Gastgeber. Der als
Innovationsmotor bekannte südostasiatische Stadtstaat ist durch seine
Förderbereitschaft der medizinischen
Forschung zum beliebten Standort
für Fachkliniken geworden. Die CDA
stellte innovative Lösungen und Produkte rund um Lab-on-Chip und die
strukturierten Mikroskop-Platten vor
und traf damit auf großes Interesse
vieler asiatischer und internationaler
Fachbesucher. „Mit unseren innovativen Lösungen konnten wir beim internationalen Fachpublikum punkten und
unsere Position im asiatischen Raum
stärken. Die bereits bestehenden Kundenkontakte in Singapur und Südostasien konnten auf der gut besuchten
und qualitativ hochwertigen Messe
intensiviert und ausgebaut werden“,
zeigte sich CDA Geschäftsführer Dr.
Nicolaus Hettler mit dem Verlauf der
Fachmesse sehr zufrieden.
CDA was present at Medical Manufacturing Asia, in Singapore from 9th
– 11th September. At this international trade fair, where 500 exhibitors
from 30 nations were present, the
complete process chain for medical
technology componentry was on
show. Immediate bedside diagnostics, highly developed technology
from micro and nano-technology, as
well as optics and photonics were just
a sampling of what was displayed.
Singapore was a tremendous host
and, being recognised as the support hub of medicine in Southeast
Asia, has become the preferred
centre for medical research and
specialty clinics in the region. CDA
exhibited innovative solutions and
products around the theme of ‘labon-chip’ as well as its structured
microscope slides, thereby creating
much interest from both local and
international visitors. “We could impress the international trade visitors
with our innovative solutions, as well
as strengthening our position in the
Asian region. The existing client base
in Singapore and Southeast Asia
could be intensified and expanded
due to the well-attended and well organised trade fair”, said CDA Manager Dr. Nicolaus Hettler, showing his
pleasure with the results of the fair.

Der US-Medienhersteller OEM hat nicht nur den Dienstleister
CDA, sondern auch dessen Namen übernommen. Der alte
und neue CEO der CDA GmbH Frank Hartwig spricht über die
neue Eigentümerstruktur und das aktuelle Discgeschäft.
The US media manufacturer OEM has not only taken over the
service provider CDA but their name as well. The old and new
CEO of CDA, Frank Hartwig, speaks about the new structure
and the current disc market.
Der deutschsprachigen Entertainmentbranche ist CDA vor allem als Hersteller von CDs, DVDs und Blu-rays bekannt. Nun
hat der Dienstleister aus Thüringen einen neuen Eigentümer.
Der bisherige Investor – das Private-Equity-Unternehmen Nord
Holding – verkaufte CDA an den US-Medienhersteller OEM.
„Bei der Auswahl des Käufers hatten wir ein deutliches Mitspracherecht“, erklärt der alte und neue CEO Frank Hartwig.
Gemeinsam mit Managing Director Dr. Nicolaus Hettler leitet er den Standort in Suhl auch nach der Übernahme. „Der
strategische Zusammenschluss bringt für beide Seiten viele
Vorteile mit sich“, betont Frank Hartwig und spricht von „synergetischen Effekten“. So können europäische CDA-Kunden,
die Produkte in den USA vertreiben, nun auf die amerikanische Produktionskapazität zugreifen – und andersherum. Am
Geschäftsfeld ImPressing Solutions, das die Herstellung von
optischen Datenträgern umfasst, ändert sich für CDA nichts.
The German speaking entertainment market regognises
CDA as manufacturers of CDs, DVDs, and Blue-rays. The
service provider located in Thuringia now has a new owner.
The previous investor, the private equity venture Nord Holding, sold CDA to the US media manufacturer OEM. “We
were involved in the discussions as to the choice of buyer”,
explained CEO Frank Hartwig. Together with Dr. Nicolaus
Hettler, he continues to lead the plant in Suhl (even after the
takeover). “The strategic fusion brings with it advantages to
both sides”, reinforces Frank Hartwig and speaks of “synergetic effects”. European CDA customers, who also promote
their product in the USA, now have the opportunity to take
advantage of the American production capabilities; and vice
versa. Nothing will change for CDA in the field of ImPressing Solutions i.e. the production of optical data storage.
„Die Bedeutung wird nicht abnehmen, aber dem Markt geschuldet auch nicht deutlich zulegen“, erwartet Frank Hartwig.
„Wir verfolgen seit geraumer Zeit eine Last-man-standing-Philosophie. Deshalb gewinnen wir derzeit Marktanteile hinzu,
weil Wettbewerber dieses Geschäftsfeld verlassen.“ Die Auftragslage bei optischen Medien sei aktuell – wohl im Gegensatz zu manchem Wettbewerber – „hervorragend“. Während
das DVD- und Blu-ray-Geschäft in diesem Jahr „weitgehend
stabil“ sei, laufen CDs „besser als alles andere.“ „Das ist beeindruckend und lässt sich nicht 100-prozentig erklären. Aber wir
liegen weit über unseren Budgetzahlen und sind bei CD seit
Monaten überproportional ausgelastet“, freut sich der CDAChef. Wie im deutschsprachigen Raum liegt auch in Nordamerika der Fokus auf Independentkunden.
„The importance will not be reduced, but the market doesn’t
owe us significant growth“, said Frank Hartwig. “We have
been following a ‘last man standing’ philosophy over the
past years. Hence, we are gaining market share, while
competitors are leaving the industry”. The current volume
of contracts for optical media are “terrific” when compared
with some of our competitors. Although the DVD and Blueray business this year was stable, CDs are doing better than
the others. “This is impressive and can’t be explained fully,
but we are ahead of budget and have been, for months,
disproportionately overloaded by CD production”, muses
the CDA boss. Just as in the German speaking region, the
focus in America is on independent customers.
Zu den größten Auftraggebern in den USA zählen etwa Musikund Gameskunde Eagle Rock, die auf Lernsoftware spezialisierte Teaching Company sowie der Baumaschinenhersteller
Caterpillar, der Navigationsinhalte und Ersatzteilkataloge auf
CD und DVD produzieren lässt. Der Grund für die Übernahme
durch OEM dürfte aber vor allem in der starken Präsenz von
CDA in den Geschäftsfeldern Flash Media Solutions und µFunctional Solutions gelegen haben. Diese sollen nun auch in den
USA aufgebaut werden. Um den guten Ruf von CDA in diesen
Bereichen zu nutzen, hat sich OEM-Präsident und -CEO Ray
Zerrusen dazu entschlossen, seine Firma in CDA umzubenennen. „Was den künftigen Unternehmensnamen betrifft, hatte
ich im Vorfeld lange Diskussionsrunden erwartet. Am Ende waren wir mit diesem Thema in drei Minuten fertig“, erinnert sich
Frank Hartwig. Nun freut er sich darauf, „gemeinsam neue,
lukrative Betätigungsfelder und transatlantische Absatzmärkte
zu erschließen.“ Auch die CDA-Mitarbeiter haben Anlass zur
Freude. Denn die Übernahme erfolgte ohne Stellenabbau. Vielmehr sind sogar zusätzliche Arbeitsplätze geplant.

behind allowing the takeover of CDA was due to its strong
presence in the fields of Flash Media Solutions and µFunctional Solutions. These will now be expanded in the USA.
In order to use the good reputation of CDA in these fields,
OEM president and CEO Ray Zerrusen, decided to rename
his company CDA. “As far as discussing the future name of
the company was concerned, I was expecting a long drawn
out meeting – but it was all over in three minutes”, remembers Frank Hartwig. He is now looking forward to “…. newly
combined, lucrative fields of activity, as well as the opening
of new Transatlantic markets”. Even the employees of CDA
have good reason to be happy because the takeover occurred with no laying off of staff, rather with a planned increase!

Zusammen mit Connie Comeau von der ADS-Group hat CEO Frank
Hartwig die Vertretung der großen und bedeutsamen Unternehmen
von Colonial Purchasing übernommen. Die Einkaufsgemeinschaft
hat sich 2004 zusammengeschlossen, um zum Beispiel Rohstoffe
zur Herstellung von Speichermedien in großen Mengen zu besseren Konditionen zu beziehen. Bereits im vergangenen Jahr wurde
CDA-Geschäftsführer Frank Hartwig in das oberste Organ, dem
Boards of Directors, berufen. Die Aufgabe übernehmen Comeau und
Hartwig kommissarisch bis zur nächsten Jahreshauptversammlung
von Ray Zerrusen, vormals OEM-Präsident, der sich für „frischen
Wind“ an der Spitze der Interessengemeinschaft einsetzt und nach
dem Zusammenschluss von OEM und CDA in der Verbandsarbeit
ein wenig kürzer treten möchte.
Together with Connie Corneau of the ADS Group, CEO Frank Hartwig has taken over the representation of the largest and most notable part of Colonial Purchasing. The buying conglomerate decided in
2004 to better source raw materials for the manufacture of storage
media in larger quantities. CDA Manager Frank Hartwig was already
called to sit on the Board of Directors last year. The duties for both
Corneau and Hartwig will be provisional until the AGM next year as
appointed by Ray Zerrusen (former OEM president) who is looking
for ‘a new direction’ and, as a result of the merger of OEM and CDA
wishes to take it a little easier.

in Optischen Systemen (Plastics in Optical Systems) was held in Baden-Baden on 7th and 8th October. The latest
trends and developments in the field
of polymer optical componentry were
presented in co-operation with the
Chair for Plastic technology from the
University of Erlangen, under the leadership of Professor Dr.-Ing. Dietmar
Drummer.
On the first day, Dr. Niclaus Hettler
gave his much talked about speech on
diffractive polymer optics in mass pro-
duction. The CDA Manager illustrated
to those present, the advantages of
polymer in micro optic componentry,
using the example of motion control,
as well as illustrating the various applications in the current generation of
machinery.

„LOKAL VERANKERT – GLOBAL VERNETZT“
Wie funktioniert eine SD-Karte, was entsteht in der Mikrooptik und
Mikrofluidik? Fragen, auf die 24 Mitglieder des Rotary Clubs Suhl
bei einer Werksführung der CDA ausführliche Antworten erhalten
haben. Es war für beide Seiten ein Besuch der besonderen Art,
und eine Ehre für die CDA: Selten trifft man auf so viele Menschen
gleichzeitig, die sich für die eigene Heimat und viele soziale Projekte
weltweit einsetzen. „Lokal verankert – global vernetzt“ – eine Denkweise und Leitbild des Rotary Clubs, mit dem sich auch die CDA
identifiziert. So wurde vom Rotary Club Deutschland nicht nur kürzlich eine Schule für syrische Flüchtlinge im Libanon gestiftet, der
Club unterstützt seit Jahren den Kampf gegen die Kinderlähmung.
Nicht nur bei der Werksführung, sondern auch bei Präsentationen
und Diskussionsrunden zeigte CDA den interessierten Rotariern viele innovative Produkte, die in der Medizintechnik eingesetzt werden.
Beide Seiten waren sich am Ende des Tages einig, dass dieses Treffen eine Wiederholung verdient hat.
„LOCALLY ANCHORED – GLOBALLY CONNECTED“
How does an SD card work, and what is formed in micro optic and
micro fluidic? These were just some of the questions which were
answered as 24 members of Rotary in Suhl took a factory tour of
CDA. It was a very different visit for both sides, and an honour for
CDA. It is seldom that one meets so many people all at once, who
are involved in social projects both at home and worldwide. ‘Locally
anchored – globally connected’, the thoughts and guiding principle
of the Rotary Club, with which CDA could identify itself. Not only
has Rotary in Germany sponsored a school for Syrian refugees in
The Lebanon, but has also actively supported the fight against polio
for years. CDA showed the interested Rotarians innovative products,
which are used in medical technology, not only during the factory
tour but also in the presentation and following discussion. Both sides agreed at the end of the day that this was a meeting, which has
earned a repeat performance!
