Trifle poire et cookies, coulis caramel au beurre salé Pour 6 personnes Préparation : 20 min Cuisson : 10 min Repos : 0 Temps total : 30 min Difficulté : moyenne Ingrédients 5 cookies 30 cl de crème liquide 20 g de sucre glace 2 poires 1 noix de beurre 1 cuillère à café de sucre Pour le caramel au beurre salé 40 gr de sucre en poudre 20 g de beurre demi-sel 10 cl de crème liquide Préparation Mettre la crème liquide au réfrigérateur et laisser au congélateur les branches du batteur. Pendant ce temps, préparer le caramel : faire cuire à sec le sucre. Quand il est liquide, ajouter le beurre à fondre hors du feu sans cesser de tourner puis la crème liquide et laisser cuire 10 minutes à feu très doux. 1 Pendant ce temps, éplucher les poires, les couper en morceaux et les faire dorer avec la cuillère à café de sucre et la noix de beurre.
