Die vorliegende Bachelor Thesis beschäftigt sich mit der Implementierung einer softwaregestützten Qualitätsprüfung im Fertigungsprozess der Firma GEMÜ Gebr. Müller Apparatebau
GmbH & Co. KG. Nach einer Analyse des Ist-Zustands, wird ein Konzept für das Vorhaben
erstellt. Dabei geht es in erster Linie um die Auswahl eines geeigneten CAQ-Moduls des
Softwareherstellers Böhme & Weihs. Des Weiteren wird eine Lösung für die künftige Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung der Qualitätsprüfung erarbeitet. Durch die Betrachtung
der Chancen und Risiken wird klar, dass die Vorteile eines CAQ-Einsatzes deutlich überwiegen. Unter anderem kann mit dessen Hilfe der Nachweis- und Dokumentationsforderung
vieler Kunden nachgekommen, Kennzahlen über die Qualitätssituation gebildet sowie Ansatzpunkte für Prozessoptimierungen aufgedeckt werden. Im Anschluss an die Konzeptionsphase wird aufgezeigt wie die Konzeptinhalte im CAQ-Modul umgesetzt werden können und
schlussendlich ein Kosten- und Terminplan für die Realisierung des Projektes aufgestellt.
Abstract
The following thesis deals with the implementation of a software-based quality inspection
system for the manufacturing process of the company GEMÜ Gebr. Müller Apparatebau
GmbH & Co. KG. Following the analysis of the current situation, a concept for the project will
be developed. In the first instance, the task is to select an appropriate CAQ Module from the
software company Böhme & Weihs. In addition, a solution for the future planning, implementation and analysis of quality inspection will be developed. Through the analysis of the opportunities and risks, it will be shown that the advantages of using a CAQ-System are clearly
evident. Among other things, the tool can provide the certification and documentation requirements of many customers, key data showing the overall quality situation and starting
points for process optimization. Following the concept phase, it will be demonstrated how the
elements can be implemented in the CAQ Module and finally a budget and timeline for the
project implementation will be provided.
