Il giorno della partenza si chiede gentilmente di lasciare libera la camera per le ore 10.00.
Il giorno dell’arrivo le camere saranno disponibili dopo le ore 14.00. Le riduzioni per
bambini vengono effettuate solo se occupano il 3° letto in camera doppia.
Acconto:
Non pretendiamo nessun acconto. A garanzia della prenotazione richiediamo un numero
di carta di credito valido con nome del titolare e data di scadenza. Non addebiteremo nulla
salvo la penalità di storno di seguito indicata e il soggiorno verrà saldato direttamente
presso il ricevimento. Accettiamo carte di credito (VISA - MASTER - EUROCARD) e
bancomat. Pagamenti in contanti: possibili fino a € 1.000.
Storno:
Annullo prenotazione: 14 giorni prima della data di arrivo. Oltre questo termine verrà
addebitata una penale equivalente a 3 giorni di solo pernottamento per ogni camera
prenotata, anche per prenotazioni effettuate con tempistiche inferiori ai 14 giorni.
Per arrivi posticipati o partenze anticipate verrà conteggiato il prezzo dell’intero periodo
prenotato. I servizi dei quali non si è usufruito, in particolare dei pasti, non sono
rimborsabili.
NOTA BENE: i vari pacchetti non sono cumulabili o rimborsabili e sono validi solo se
confermati in sede di prenotazione.
Eventuali caparre versate sono da considerarsi vincolate alla prenotazione, quindi non
rimborsabili o utilizzabili su altre date.

Hotel guests are kindly asked to vacate their rooms by 10.00 on the departure day. Rooms
are available after 14 o’clock on the arrival day. Child discount only with extra bed in a
double room.
Account:
we don’t require any account. As security for a reservation we just require a valid credit
card number with expiry date and proprietor’s name. Nothing will be charged except the
cancellation penalty as described hereafter. The amount of your stay must be paid directly
at the reception. We accept credit cards (VISA, MASTER, EUROCARD) and cash until €
1.000,00.
Cancellation Cost:
A reservation can be cancelled till 2 weeks before arrival date, otherwise a penalty of 3
days-overnights-stay for each booked room will be charged, even for those reservations
made in less than 14 days from arrival date. The whole price of the stay will be charged for
late arrivals and advanced departures.
For services not claimed, especially meals, there will be no refund.

Weitere Informationen:
Am Abreisetag sind die Zimmer bis 10.00 Uhr freizugeben. Am Ankunftstag sind die Zimmer
erst nach 14.00 Uhr zu beziehen. Kinderermäßigungen nur für das Zustellbett im Doppelzimmer.
Anzahlungen:
Wir verlangen keine Anzahlung. Als Buchungssicherheit ersuchen wir eine gültige
Kreditkartenummer mit Besitzername und Verfallsdatum. Außer der Stornogebühr
– wie nachher erklärt - nichts anders wird belastet werden. Aufenthaltskosten werden
direkt vor Ort an der Rezeption beglichen. Wir nehmen Kreditkarten an (VISA,
MASTER, EUROCARD). Bei EC-Karte Zahlungen beachten Sie, ihre Tageslimit nicht zu
überschreiten. Bargeldzahlung nur bis € 1.000,00 möglich.
Stornogebühr:
Eine Buchung kann bis 2 Wochen vor der Anreise ohne Kosten storniert werden. Innerhalb
2 Wochen werden 3 Tage zum Übernachtungspreis pro Zimmer verlangt, auch wenn eine
Reservierung in kürzerer Zeit (innerhalb 2 Wochen) gemacht worden ist. Bei verspäteter
Anreise oder vorzeitiger Abreise, wird der gesamte Aufenthaltspreis berechnet. Nicht in
Anspruch genommene Leistungen, insbesondere Mahlzeiten, werden nicht rückvergütet.
WICHTIG: Die verschiedenen Pakete bzw. Angebote können nur einzeln in Anspruch
genommen werden und gelten nur wenn sie im Moment der Reservierung bestätigt
werden. Änderungen im Nachhinein sind nicht möglich. Die eventuellen geleisteten
Anzahlungen sind an die jeweiligen Reservierungen gebunden, denn weder rückzahlbar
noch für andere Zeiträume benutzbar.
