Der leistungsstärkste Alpina Motor auf
M30 Basis ist der B10 Biturbo mit 265
kW/360 PS. Satte 520 Nm liegen bei
4000 U/min an der Kurbelwelle an.
Zwei GARRETT Turbolader T25 in
paralleler Anordnung mit
wassergekühlten Lagergehäusen und
integrierten Ladedruckventilen stellen
das Herzstück dieser Hochleistung dar.
Durch die Verwendung von zwei
Turboladern mit besonders geringer
Massenträgheit ergibt sich ein nahezu
verzögerungsfreier Ladedruckaufbau.
Eine kennfeldgesteuerte elektronische
Ladedruckregelung von Bosch, die vom
Cockpit aus einstellbar ist, regelt den
Ladedruck bis maximal 1,8 bar. Im
Winterbetrieb und in der Einfahrphase
kann der Ladedruck bei Linksanschlag
des Reglers auf 1,6 bar gesenkt werden,
was etwa 300 PS bedeutet. Ein
leistungsfähiger Ladeluftkühler vor dem
Wasserkühler sorgt für eine wirksame
Senkung der Temperatur Ansaugluft.
Die Brennräume sind optimiert und
leichte Mahle Gußkolben mit
Quetschkante sind die Zutaten die
Alpina dem Motor spendierte.
Druckumlaufschmierung mit Ölfilter im
Hauptstrom, Kolbenbodenkühlung, und
Motorölkühler sorgen für optimale
Bedingungen im Innern. Elektronische
kennfeldgesteuerte Zündung und
kennfeldgesteuerte Einspritzung mit
Luftmassenmessung der Bosch
Motronic M1.2 ist verantwortlich für
die Versorgung mit Treibstoff. Eine
zweiflutige 3-Wege Katalysator mit je 3
widerstandsarmen EMITEC Metallträgern,
hochtemperaturbeständige DEGUSSA
Beschichtung, beheizte Lambdasonde
und eine BOYSEN
Schalldämpferanlage weitgehend aus
Edelstahl sind die Zutaten der
Auspuffanlage.

The highest performance Alpina engine on M30 basis is the B10 Biturbo with 265
kW/360 HP. Full 520 Nm rest with 4000 U/min against the crankshaft. To two
GARRETT turbocharger T25 in parallel arrangement with water-cooled bearing
houses and integrated load pressure control valves represent the heart of this high
speed. As a result of the use of two turbochargers with particularly small mass inertia
an almost delay-free load pressure build-up arises. A characteristic diagram-steered
electronic load pressure control of Bosch, which is from adjustable by the cockpit,
regulates the load pressure up to maximally 1.8 bar. In the winter operation and in
the bringing in phase the load pressure can be lowered with left impact of the
automatic controller on 1,6 bar, which means about 300 HP. An efficient intercooler
before the wasserkuehler provides for an effective lowering of the temperature intake
air. The combustion chambers are optimized and easy meal casting piston with
