outskirts of a small town in Lower Saxony, south of
Bremen. Here's where the HANSA MIXER team comes
together every day to use their creativity, dedication,

sales partners around the world, we have well in
excess of 6,000 machines installed worldwide. For

SYSTEMLÖSUNGEN
ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTIONS
In addition to a main pump, HANSA MIXER offers
several other dosing systems to add chemicals. High
precision dosing is ensured by our selection of highquality pumps and capacity measuring devices such as
inductive, capacitive, or mass flow meters. The
logging of all relevant data is a standard. And to fully
complete an installation, we recommend a suitable,
automatic CIP cleaning system with bypass and
additional air injection so that time-consuming,
manual cleaning can be avoided. A cleaning system
can be integrated into existing foam generators at
any time.

Portfolio
Zusätzlich zu einer Hauptpumpe bietet HANSA MIXER
weitere Dosiersysteme für das Untermischen von
Chemikalien. Die hohe Dosiergenauigkeit wird gewährleistet durch die Wahl hochwertiger Pumpen und
Durchflussmessgeräte wie z. B. induktive, kapazitive
oder Massedurchflussmessgeräte. Die Protokollierung
aller relevanten Daten ist Standard. Zur Komplettierung einer Anlage empfehlen sich geeignete CIPReinigungssysteme, die automatisch mit Bypass und
zusätzlicher Lufteinspritzung arbeiten und aufwändiges von Hand Reinigen ersetzen. Ein nachträglicher
Einbau in bestehende Schaumgeneratoren ist
jederzeit möglich.

PICO-MIX
This fully automatic laboratory foam generator
provides reproducible results for all product requirements with parameter settings like aeration level,
product density, throughput, etc. Highlights include
the temperature-controlled mixing head with double
mechanical seal and a PLC control with touch panel.
The PICO-MIX also features a newly developed, sealless eccentric screw pump with a double-walled,
temperature-controlled reservoir – a new technical
innovation by HANSA MIXER.

TOP-MIX/TOP-MIX Compact/TOP-MIX K
Reproducible aeration of small quantities of high and
low viscous media as are used in nonfood industries.
Clearly arranged modular construction and optimised
application specific design with integrated pump as
well as automatic systems including the permanent
storage of process data are standard features.
Numerous combinations of mixheads, sealings, flow
meters, and cleaning systems are possible.
The TOP-MIX K is equipped with an automatic product
and air control with foam reservoir, which makes it
ideal for the adhesive industry.

ECO-MIX/ECO-TOP-MIX
ECO-MIX is a dynamic and cost-effective foam
generator for the continuous aeration of low viscous
media for a wide range of applications in nonfood
industries. It provides manual air metering by means
of a rising pipe flow meter. The automatic gas
metering via the gas controller regulates the required
gas volume in proportion to the product flow – to
guarantee a constant foam density. The ECO-MIX can
process liquids with crystalline components, acids and
leaches, cold and hot media, powder/liquid mixtures
and pastes.

COMPACT-MIX
Whether it's for carpeting, synthetic leather, flock,
mattresses, black-out blinds, filter mats, fabric
wallpaper, doors, artificial lawns or clothing – there is
a Compact-Mix model available to handle any
production requirement. A COMPACT-MIX can be used
for coating, tufting, gluing and even duplex coating.
And with the continuous mechanical aeration you are
ensured a constant aerated product flow in consistent
density and quality.

A large production machine with a high capacity. Up
to five additive pumps enable an output of 5,000 litres
or more per hour. Liquids with lumpy or crystalline
portions, acids and leaches, colds and hot media,
powder-liquid mixtures and pastes can be processed.
Ideally fitted for applications in nonfood industries. A
large variety of optional accessories stretches from
automatic air control or cleaning units to remote
control of the mixer via detachable user panel.
Features that make the UNI-MIX and the UNI-MIX 2K
foam generators in their own right.

VARIOUS-MIX
VARIOUS-MIX
Versatile and flexible, this foam generator offers
precise feeding and continuous mixing with its in-line
mixer for liquids and dry substances – while also being
equally suitable for the accurate blending of production residues, recyclable and rework materials.
Due to its closed construction, with its precisionengineered technology concealed behind stainless
steel doors, this machine can be adjusted to suit
individual production needs with the easy-to-use
control unit. A 60-liter batch capacity minimises surplus production. The VARIOUS-MIX can be equipped
with up to 10 additive pumps and is able to process
up to three dry substances simultaneously.

präzisen Einmischen von recyclefähigen Stoffen,
