This insurance program was designed specifically to meet the insurance needs of the
condominium market. Policy wordings have been modified and added accordingly.
Commercial General Liability includes property manager by definition of assured.
Directors and officers liability includes property manager as additional insured.
Crime section extended to cover the property manager and their employees including their
location ($10,000 limit)
Service fees of property manager and other professionals following a claim covered (see
extensions 19,23,27,30,34,35,)
