President, founder and sole shareholder. Mr. Prud’Homme was born in 1964 and is fluently
bilingual (English/French).
RELEVANT EXPERTISE IN DISPUTE RESOLUTION/LITIGATION RELATED TO THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY Overview:
 Mr. Prud’homme is a professional civil engineer with over 27 years of experience working in the construction
industry, the last 10 years of which has been concentrated in the field of construction dispute resolution.
 He also holds a Master’s degree (LLM) in law with a specialty in Dispute Resolution and Avoidance and is a
Certified Mediator.
 He has been an active member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) since 2011,and
o has received DRBF training in Administration and Practice of DRBs (2011, 2014); as well as attending
the Advanced Chairing Workshop (2011)
o has attended almost all recent annual DRBF meetings (Seattle, New York, Miami, Toronto and San
Francisco) and can provide references from the DRBF Executive (see below)
 From 2005 to 2015, he has prepared detailed analyses and expert reports on scheduling delays, lost productivity,
cost quantification, progress measurement etc on large infrastructure projects for resolution before the courts,
arbitration, or mediation. He has also acted as a third party neutral/mediator. Recently (November 2015), Mr.
Prud’Homme was named on an arbitration panel on a hydroelectric construction dispute.
 From 1987 to 2005 he has worked as estimator, chief estimator, scheduler, project manager for several building
contractors.

James Bay, Quebec ($ 2 B project).

insurance claims related to hurricane damage suffered to a hydroelectric installation in Newfoundland

third party neutral /mediator for the construction of a new school for aboriginals in Northern Quebec

building extensions and major renovations to College Maisonneuve, an arena for the City of Montreal, an
auditorium in Saguenay, public buildings for the City of Valleyfield
