Tremblant Takeover Debrief -declining participation -about 78 seats sold (excluding committee members and promo winners) -Liz suggests to formalize a planner position for the trip 4. Elections -reminder no campaigning (SSA or SFUO) in the office -it is important to stay neutral 5. Adding Merchandise to 101 Kit Orders -will be happening -working with Tim form CREO , through paypal -option for maroon or gray Tshirts (similar to the hoodie design) -Alick suggests picture icons -Steve suggests selling goggles -Pawrnaa suggests a "What's Inside My Kit?" section for the website 6. Representatives event -Grant wants to pool money together for a big event -further discussed later 7. Wine and Cheese -January 29th at 6PM -promo as NSERC and Honours projects possibilities 8.
