EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 2016-2017
SEMESTER RATES
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration for activities are valid for the whole year, from the Monday 12th of September 2016 till the
Tuesday 6th of June 2017.
That being said we do give the possibility to stop an activity on the 27th of January 2017 or to start a new
activity by the 30th of January 2017.
Considering the complexity of handling extracurricular activities, there will be no registration allowed after
the 09th of September 2016 and when stopping or changing activities after the 27th of January 2017.
You will receive in October the invoice corresponding to the activities of the first semester. This invoice will
have to be settled before the 30th of November 2016.
You will receive in March the invoice corresponding to the activities of the second semester. This invoice will
have to be settled before the 30th of April 2017.
For learners arriving in the middle of the school year, and therefore after the registration period, please
contact Céline ADDEY (Contact details below).
ACTIVITY CANCELLATION
During the first 2 weeks after the start of extra-curricular activities (meaning from the 12th to the 23rd of
September 2016), pupils will have the opportunity to try and change to another activity.
After these 2 weeks of “trial”, the school having to commit itself to its external coaches, the list per activity
will be definitely closed and no registration refund will be paid because of abandonment of an Activity by a
learner.
Likewise, no registration refund will be paid because of bad weather or absence of a learner.
