Hosting Manual 4 days of fun just for YOU !!!!!!! The European Aerostudent Games team is pleased to welcome you for its 7th edition. During these four days some rules have to be understood and more precisely the rules about the shuttles, the meal time and the schedules of the sports… This is the purpose of this small booklet where you will be able to find all the information you need in order for you not to be lost in this organisation. Be that as it may, all the team will still be there during the whole tournament if you still have question… Don’t hesitate, we’re here for you! Enjoy! Sportingly, Kévin HONORÉ, Président The EAG 2016 Team •The EAG rules of procedures are applicable during the entire event. •Alcohol is prohibited on campus. •Participants have to permanantly have an identity card with a picture in order to have access to the campuses. •Bracelets have to be worn for the entire duration of the event. •The campuses of ENAC and ISAE are filmed. The videos are conserved for a month (conformately to the rules imposed by the CNIL). In case of inappropriate behavior or deterioration, the organisers of the EAG have the right to exclude participants from the event. If these behaviors are repeated within the same invited school, the organisers have the right to exclude definitely the school from the event. •In case of deterioration, the deposit check of the responssibles will be cashed. If these behaviors are repeated within the same invited school, the organisers have the right to cash the deposit check of ALL the people invited from this school. Please make sure you respect the participants, the volunteers, the organisers and every person present on campus.
