for high, medium and low voltage substations and galvanized steel towers for power transmission and
distribution overhead lines. It covers all applications and has a broad customer base from different

Estructura metálica: Esta actividad comprende la fabricación de torres de
acero galvanizado para líneas eléctricas aéreas de transporte y distribución;

MADE has three well distinguished areas of business and production:
Steel Structures: This activity comprises the manufacture of galvanised
steel towers for overhead power lines for transmission and distribution;
structures for substations, supports for radio, telephone and television
towers, catenary system posts for the railway sector, fixed galvanized
structures for photovoltaic panel supports, two axes solar trackers, steel
structures for thermosolar plants, as well as other steel special structures.
The production capacity of MADE is over 50.000 Tn/year which can be
easily increased with their external production factories.

SECTEURS D’ACTIVITÉ
MADE présente trois segments et produits différentiés :
Structures métalliques: Cette activité comprend la fabrication de pylônes
en acier galvanisé pour lignes électriques aériennes de transport et de
distribution, mais aussi la fabrication de structures de sous-stations,
de supports d’antennes de radio, téléphonie et télévision, de soutiens
caténaires pour le secteur ferroviaire, de structures galvanisées fixes pour
panneaux photovoltaïques, de suiveurs solaires à deux axes, de structures
pour les centrales thermo-solaires et d’autres structures métalliques
spéciales. La capacité opérationnelle de MADE est de 50 000 T/an, mais
celle-ci peut augmenter grâce à la production de ses usines extérieures.
Ferrures et accessoires: Pour les lignes électriques aériennes de transport
et de distribution, les sous-stations électriques ainsi que pour les antennes
de radio, téléphonie et télévision. La capacité de production est de deux
millions de pièces par an.
Galvanisation à chaud pour des tiers: Installations de galvanisation à la

MADE has a proven track record in the design and manufacturing of distribution and transmission
hardware fittings up to 500 kV and other applications in the communication technology sector. The
Research and Development Department at MADE factory is equipped with the technology to produce
the most sophisticated fittings for all climatic conditions and uses, guaranteeing the total reliability of
the finished product, and in line with the client specifications.
