The UCI reserves the right to charge the organiser with all costs resulting from any modification not expressly hereunder. / L'UCI se réserve le droit de mettre à la charge de l'organisateur les frais

For every modification or cancellation request with authorization, the organiser must formally notify the UCI a minimum 30 days prior to the event. / Chaque demande de

Any modification request notified to the UCI less than 30 days prior to the event will be considered to be a modification without authorization. / En cas de modification
