1. ht the meeting of the Committee'in February 1969, the representative of the
United Kingdom.said that a Consolidation Bill was being presented to Parliament
which would consolidatne the 1957 CustomA Duties (Dumpig and Subsidies) Lct and the
1968 Amendaent Act i.Ao a, single legal document (COM .D/3 paragraph 44).
2. The consolidated legal document, the Customs Duties (Dumping and Subsidies)
Àct 1969, has now been transmitted to the secretariat by the United Kingdom mission.
One oopy in kgmish for each member cf the Comaittee is attached hereto. The text
will be circUated ii English and French in an addendum to document L/3176.

le A la réunéor que le Comité a éseue en f6vTier 1969, le repr6sontant du
Royaure-Uei avait anrincé que le Pazlemont serait saisi d'un projet de loi codifiant
la Loi de 1957 sur les droits de douane (dumping et subventions) et la Loi d' amendemont de 1968 (C01.AD/3. paragraphe 44).

Chaque mombre du Comité trouvora ci-eoie un exemplaire de la nouvollo.loi on anglais.
