Jansen Economy 50 RS – the
perfect system for smoke-proof
doors as per DIN 18095.
Das komplette Türsystem wird mit
Beschlägen und Zubehör zur Fertigung
flächenbündiger, ein- und zweiflügeliger Rauchschutztüren nach DIN 18095
(mit oder ohne Seitenteile und Oberlichter) geliefert.

La hauteur de construction du cadre
de porte et du vantail de porte n'est
que de 50 mm. Cette construction
à fleur séduit par la rainure négative
à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.
Section height of both the door
frame and door leaf is 50 mm. Apart
from being flush, this construction
also has an attractive rebate running
all round, inside and out.
Les serrures et autres ferrures peuvent
être encastrées dans les parties tubulaires des profilés de manière simple
et rationnelle. Divers matériaux sont
disponibles comme éléments de
remplissage. Vous pouvez choisir le
vitrage à sec ou au silicone.
Locks and other fittings can be
incorporated easily and economically
into the hollow parts of the profiled
sections. Various materials are
available as infill panels. Suitable
for both dry glazing and glazing
with sealing compound.
Dans leur apparence, ces portes
coupe-fumée ressemblent aux
système Jansen-Economy 60 RS et
les systèmes protection-incendie
Janisol.
The constructions consist of slim
profiles which match the Janisol fire
protection systems and JansenEconomy 60 RS.
Die Bauhöhe für den Türrahmen,
wie auch für den Türflügel, beträgt nur
50 mm. Neben ihrer Flächenbündigkeit
besticht diese insgesamt sehr filigran
wirkende Konstruktion mit der aussen
und innen umlaufenden Schattenfuge.
Schlösser und andere Beschläge
lassen sich auf einfache und rationelle
Weise in den Profilhohlraum integrieren. Als Füllelemente können
verschiedene Materialien eingesetzt
werden. Eine Verglasung kann im
Trocken- oder Nassverfahren erfolgen.
In ihrem optischen Erscheinungsbild
stimmen diese Rauchschutz-Türen
überein mit dem System JansenEconomy 60 RS und den JanisolBrandschutz-Systemen.

deren Besucher die Funktion der
Fluchttüren kennen. Anwendungen
sind überall dort, wo öffentlicher
Publikumsverkehr ausgeschlossen
werden kann. Nebenausgänge oder
Türen in Gebäudeteilen, die nur von
autorisierten Personen genutzt
werden, sind ebenfalls nach EN 179
auszustatten.

1. Vor der Oberflächenbehandlung
An den Vertikalstäben je 2 Löcher
ø 3,5 mm bohren.

2. Montage
– Senkdichtung auf Flügelfalzbreite
(FFB) kürzen und Schnittkanten
entgraten.
– Bei zweiflügeligen Türen GummiDichtungsprofil im Stulpbereich
ca. 4 bis 5 mm überstehen lassen.
– Befestigungswinkel ins Aluminiumprofil einstecken und die Senkdichtung anschrauben (Auslöseknopf
bandseitig)
2. Montage
– Couper le joint seuil à la largeur
de feuillure du vantail (FFB) puis
ébarber les arêtes de coupe.
– Dans le cas des portes à deux
vantaux, laisser dépasser le joint
d’étanchéité profilé en caoutchouc
d’env. 4 à 5 mm dans la zone de
la butée.
– Engager l’équerre de fixation
dans le profilé en aluminium et
visser le joint seuil. (Bouton de
déclenchement côté paumelles)
3. Senkdichtung einstellen
– Auslöseknopf mit Sechskant-Stiftschlüssel 3 mm (Inbus) drehen,
bis das Gummi-Dichtungsprofil bei
geschlossener Tür über die ganze
Länge gleichmässig am Boden
anliegt. Zu starke Anpressung
vermeiden.
– Endstellung des Auslöseknopfes:
Spitze von der Band-Drehachse
abgewendet.
3. Réglage du joint seuil
– Tourner le bouton de déclenchement de 3 mm à l’aide d’une clé
à six pans jusqu’à ce que, porte
fermée, le joint d’étanchéité
profilé soit appliqué uniformément
au sol sur toute sa longueur.
Éviter une pression excessive.
– Position finale du bouton de
déclenchement: la pointe tournée à
l’opposé de l’axe de pivotement de
la paumelle.
2. After surface treatment
– Shorten drop seal on the leaf
rebate width (FFB) and de-burr
the cut edges.
– With double-leafed doors leave
the rubber sealing profiles protrude
approx. 4 to 5 mm in the region of
the overlap.
– Insert the fixing angle into the
aluminium profile and screw on
the drop seal (release button on
the hinge side).
3. Adjusting the drop seal
– Turn release button by 3 mm with
the Allen wrench until the rubber
weather strip touches the floor
evenly over its whole length with
the door closed. Avoid too great
pressure.
– Final position of the release
button: Tip turned away from the
