Pre-workshop arrangements:

schedule number of hours to present workshop

make contact with the facilitator to discuss
local issues
provide clear directions to the workshop

inform facilitator of parking and distance from
facility, road closures, local peculiarities
if this is a major conference, assign a greeter
for each facilitator
copy handouts if requested by facilitator
provide audio-visual equipment requested by
facilitator
provide a local contact in case of emergency
such as cancelled flights or poor weather
conditions.
