Les meules à polir et à meuler Manhattan avec composition en caoutchouc trouvent de
multiples emplois et applications pour tous travaux compliqués ou autrefois les bandes abrasives
ou pâtes à polir étaient utilisées. Les meules céramique, même à grains fins, laissent une surface
rayée qui ne peut être éliminée qu’au moyen d’un poli supplémentaire. La meule Manhattan est
le seul moyen rationnel d’éliminer ces raies et d’obtenir plus rapidement un meilleur poli. Les
meules Manhattan sont utilisables pour toutes sortes de métaux, cuivre, laiton, bronze,
aluminium, métaux précieux, acier, acier inoxydable etc.
Les cabrons Manhattan sont utilisés à main et conviennent pour tous travaux en horlogerie,
bijouterie.
-La série dure GF est idéale pour éliminer les rayures laissées par les opérations antérieures, ne
s’encrasse pas sur l’aluminium et est très efficace sur les aciers inoxydables et autres métaux.
-La série flexible KFP est préconisée pour obtenir un fini satiné.
Die Manhattan Polier-und Schleifscheiben mit Gummibindung finden überall Verwendung wo
bisher in komplizierten Arbeitsgängen mit Schmirgelstreifen, Schmirgel-pasten und dergleichen
gearbeitet wurde. Sogar eine sehr feinkörnige, glasgebundene Scheibe hinterlässt Schleifspuren
auf der Oberfläche, die nur durch nachträgliches Polieren entfernt werden können. Die feine
Scheibe mit Gummibindung ist das einzig rationelle Mittel und diese Schleifspuren sofort zu
entfernen und in kurzer Zeit ein gutes Polierergebnis zu erziehlen.
Manhattan Scheiben eignen sich für sämtliche Metalle wie Kupfer, Messing, Bronze, Aluminium,
Edelmetalle, Eisen, rostfreier Stahl und alle übrigen Stahllegierungen.
Die Feilen Manhattan werden zum polieren mit Hand.
-Die Serie GF wird zum ausmerzen von Kratzern verwendet.
-Die Serie KFP wird für eine satinierte Fertigung verwendet.

The sticks are specially recommended to remove any mark from any kind of metal. Used for
jewellery, watch industry.
-The series GF is the solution to eliminate scratches and marks from previous operations and
have proved to be excellent in stainless steels applications. They do not load with non-ferrous
items and are used extensively for aluminium.
-The series KFP are recommended where satin finish is required. They are quite elastic and have
a good cutting action, without clogging.
