TERRA-S „MotoKit“ Reifenpannenset ermöglicht die
sofortige Notreparatur kleinerer Stichverletzungen (z.B.
hervorgerufen durch Schrauben oder Nägel),
insbesondere in der Reifenlauffläche. Anwendbar bei
Außentemperaturen bis ca. -20°C ohne Demontage.
Achtung: TERRA-S „MotoKit“ Reifenpannenset nicht
verwenden, wenn der Reifen durch Fahren mit zu wenig

Den beiliegenden Aufkleber (8) im Sichtbereich des
Fahrers aufkleben.
Achtung: Höchstgeschwindigkeit max. 60 km/h und
vorsichtige Fahrweise, besonders in Kurven!
Nach 10 min Fahrt den Luftdruck prüfen. Ist der
Reifendruck unter den Mindestwert abgefallen
(Reifenherstellerangaben beachten!), darf nicht
weitergefahren werden. Wird der Mindestwert noch
angezeigt, Fahrt vorsichtig bis zur nächsten Werkstatt
fortsetzen. Kann der erforderliche Luftdruck nicht
erreicht werden, ist der Reifen zu stark geschädigt. In
diesem Fall kann TERRA-S „MotoKit“ Reifenpannenset
die erforderliche Abdichtung nicht ermöglichen. In jeden
Fall Fachwerkstatt aufsuchen und Reifen ersetzen
lassen. Gebrauchtes „MotoKit“ umweltgerecht
entsorgen.

TERRA-S “MotoKit” Punctured Tyre Sealant Set
enables the immediate emergency repair of small tread
punctures (e.g. caused by screws or nails), particularly
on the tyre surface. It can be used at outside
temperatures of up to approx. -20°C without
dismantling.
Attention: TERRA-S “MotoKit” Punctured Tyre
Sealant Set should not be used if the tyre has been
damaged due to driving with insufficient air pressure!
Le kit pour crevaisons „MotoKit"TERRA-S permet la
réparation provisoire immédiate de petites piqûres (par
exemple dues à des vis ou à des clous), notamment dans
la bande de roulement. Utilisation possible à des
températures extérieures pouvant atteindre -20° C
environ sans démontage.
Attention : N'utilisez pas le kit pour crevaisons
„MotoKit"TERRA-S si le pneu a été endommagé parce
qu'il n'était pas assez gonflé !

Shake the bottle. Attach the filling hose (1) to the bottle
(by doing so, the aluminium cover seal is punched
through).
Attention: do not remove foreign matter from the tyre!
A
Agitez le flacon. Vissez la valve (1) sur le flacon
(l'opercule en aluminium est alors percé).
Attention : N'enlevez pas le corps étranger du pneu !

Unscrew the valve cap from the tyre valve. Take off the
valve part (2) with the valve tightener (3).
Attention: Do not place the valve part (2) in sand or dirt!
C
Take the lid (4) off the filling hose (1), push the filling
hose onto the tyre valve.
D
Lift and squeeze the bottle (1). Squeeze the entire
contents of the bottle into the tyre. Remove the filling
hose (1) and screw the valve part (2) onto the tyre valve
with the valve tightener (3).
E
Place the cold insulator (5) over the air pressure
cartridge (6). Screw the filling extension (7) onto the
valve stem. Screw the air pressure cartridge (6) into the
filling adapter (7). Use the first two cartridges quickly on
after the other. Then use the third cartridge after sealing
process to adjust tire pressure again (F). Attention: frost
hazard during the filling process! The tyre should be
moved backwards and forwards a few meters (the
indicated air pressure should be observed!) if it is not
pumped up sufficiently.
Hazard warning: CO² cartridges are pressurised! Avoid
heating at more than 50°C! Only dispose of when
empty!

The enclosed sticker (8) should be stuck within the
driver's visibility.
Attention: Maximum speed of 60 km/h and drive
carefully on the roads, especially in bends!
The air pressure should be checked after a driving
interval of 10 min. Should the tyre pressure have fallen
below the minimum allowed (observe tyre
manufacturer information!), then the vehicle should not
be driven any further. If the minimum is still showing,
drive on carefully to the nearest garage. If the required
air pressure cannot be reached, this is an indication that
the tyre is excessively damaged. In this case, TERRAS “MotoKit” Punctured Tyre Sealant Set cannot offer
sufficient sealing. In any case, a garage should be
located and the tyre replaced. Dispose of the used
„MotoKit“ using environmentally friendly means.
For the dismantling of tyres treated with TERRA-S
“MotoKit” Punctured Tyre Sealant Set we recommend
TERRA-S “TERRA-PI Coagulation Accelerator“.
B
Enlevez le capuchon de la valve de gonflage du pneu.
Dévissez l'obus de valve (2) à l'aide du tournevis spécial
(3). Attention : Ne posez pas l'obus (2) dans le sable ou la
saleté !
C
Retirez le bouchon (4) du flexible de remplissage (1) et
appliquez ce dernier sur la valve de gonflage du pneu.
D
Prenez le flacon (1) et pompez. Injectez tout le contenu
du flacon dans le pneu. Retirez le flexible de remplissage
(1) et revissez l'obus (2) dans la valve à l'aide du
tournevis (3).
E
Emboutissez l'isolation thermique (5) au-dessus de la
cartouche d'air comprimé (6). Vissez l'adaptateur de
remplissage (7) sur le manchon de la valve. Vissez la
cartouche d'air comprimé (6) dans l'adaptateur de
remplissage (7). Utilisez dans un 1er temps les 2
premières cartouches de CO² pour regonfler. Puis une
fois que le gel réparant a été injecté , et la crevaison
réparée, utilisez la 3e cartouche pour ajuster la
pression.Attention : Risque de froid lors du processus de
remplissage ! Si le pneu ne peut pas être gonflé
suffisamment, avancez et reculez le véhicule de
quelques mètres (respectez la pression prescrite !).
Risque d'accident : CO² Les cartouches sont sous
pression ! Ne pas exposer à une chaleur supérieure à
50°C ! Videz le flacon avant de le mettre au rebut !

Collez l'autocollant ci-joint (8) à portée de vue du
conducteur.
Attention : Vitesse max. 60 km/h et conduite prudente,
notamment dans les virages !
Au bout de 10 minutes de route, vérifiez la pression des
pneus. Si elle est inférieure à la valeur minimale
(respectez les indications du constructeur !), ne roulez
plus. Si elle correspond toujours à la valeur minimale,
roulez prudemment jusqu'au garage le plus proche. Si la
pression des pneus nécessaire est impossible à
atteindre, le pneu est trop endommagé. Le cas échéant,
le kit pour crevaisons „MotoKit" TERRA-S ne permet
pas de réparer la panne. Dans tous les cas, amenez
votre véhicule chez un garagiste et remplacez le
pneumatique. Mettez le „MotoKit“ usagé au rebut dans le
respect de l'environnement.
Pour le démontage des pneus traités avec le kit pour
crevaisons „MotoKit" TERRA-S, nous vous conseillons
d'utiliser „l'accélérateur de coagulation TERRA-PI”.
Il kit per la riparazione delle forature di pneumatici
TERRA-S „MotoKit“ consente la riparazione
d'emergenza immediata di piccole incisioni (ad esempio
causate da viti o chiodi), in particolare nelle zone
d'appoggio della gomma. Utilizzabile a temperature
esterne fino a circa -20° C e senza necessità di
smontaggio.
Attenzione: non utilizzare TERRA-S "MotoKit" nel caso
in cui il danneggiamento della gomma sia stato provocato
dall'uso con quantità d'aria insufficiente!
A
Agitare bene la bottiglia. Avvitare il tubo di riempimento (1)
sulla bottiglia (forando in questo modo il sigillo di sicurezza
in alluminio).
Attenzione: non estrarre il corpo estraneo dal pneumatico!
B
Svitare l'animella della valvola del pneumatico. Svitare
l'inserto della valvola (2) con l'aiuto dell'alzavalvole (3).
Attenzione: non deporre l'inserto della valvola (2) nella
sabbia o in posti sporchi!
C
Togliere il tappo (4) dal tubo di riempimento (1) e fissare il
tubo sulla valvola della gomma.
D
Sollevare la bottiglia (1) e comprimerla. Spingere all'interno
della ruota l'intero contenuto della bottiglia. Togliere il tubo
di riempimento (1) ed avvitare l'inserto della valvola fino
all'arresto, aiutandosi con l'alzavalvole (3).
E
Ripiegare il parafreddo sopra la cartuccia d'aria compressa
(6). Avvitare l'adattatore (7) sul manicotto della valvola.
Avvitare la cartuccia d'aria compressa (6) nell'adattatore.
Utilizzare le primie due cartucce rapidamente una dopo
l´altra, quindi utilizzare la terza cartuccia dopo il processo
die Sigillatura per regolare novamente la pressione die
pneumatici. Attenzione: rischio di raffreddamento durante
il riempimento! Qualora non sia possibile gonfiare la
gomma in modo sufficiente, spingere la vettura per alcuni
metri in avanti e indietro (fare attenzione alla pressione
dell'aria prescritta).
Rischio infortunistico: le cartucce CO 2 sono sotto
pressione! Non esporle a temperature superiori a 50°C!
Smaltire solamente se completamente vuote!

Applicare l'etichetta fornita unitamente al kit (8) in una
posizione ben visibile per il conducente della vettura.
Attenzione: velocità massima 60 km/h, guidare con molta
attenzione, specialmente nelle curve!
Dopo 10 min di corsa controllare la pressione dell'aria.
Qualora la pressione del pneumatico dovesse scendere al
di sotto del valore minimo consentito (fare riferimento alle
indicazioni del produttore del pneumatico!), la corsa dovrà
essere interrotta. Nel caso in cui sia indicato precisamente
il valore minimo, continuare la corsa a bassa velocità fino
alla prossima officina. Qualora non sia possibile
raggiungere la pressione necessaria, ciò significa che il
pneumatico è eccessivamente danneggiato. In tal caso la
tenuta necessaria non potrà essere ottenuta con TERRA-S
„MotoKit“. In ogni caso recarsi presso un'officina
specializzata affinché provvedano alla sostituzione del
pneumatico. Effettuare lo smaltimento del „MotoKit“
Per lo smontaggio dei pneumatici trattati con TERRA-S
„MotoKit“ consigliamo l'utilizzo di TERRA-S "TERRA-PI
acceleratore della coagulazione".
