Bezoek aan INTRAFOOD is gratis mits voorregistratie en op vertoon van de print-out met barcode van
het inschrijvingsbewijs dat u op het einde van de registratie ontvangt per mail. Zorgt u er dus voor dat
het gebruikte email adres correct is.
Uw toegangsbewijs is persoonlijk en niet overdraagbaar.
Exposanten dienen zich aan te melden als exposant via de webshop . Bij eventuele registratie als
bezoeker gelden de voorwaarden voor bezoekers, inclusief opening uren.
Persoonsgegevens
KORTRIJK XPO verzamelt en verwerkt persoonsgegevens vanaf het moment van bezoek aan de
website. De verzamelde gegevens betreffen contactgegevens van de bezoeker en gegevens die de
goede technische werking van onze website garanderen, waaronder cookies, log-informatie en
informatie met betrekking tot de gebruikte hardware, software of netwerk. Deze verzamelde
persoonsgegevens kunnen nadien tevens gebruikt worden voor de verspreiding van (niet-)
commerciële informatie door KORTRIJK XPO. Indien u deze informatie niet wenst te ontvangen, kan u

Badgebeleid
Ik begrijp dat ik gegevens - die ik opgegeven heb bij de registratie voor het event - aan derden
verstrek wanneer ik akkoord ga dat mijn badge gescand wordt door een exposant of een sponsor. Ik
ga ermee akkoord dat deze informatie aan derden wordt doorgegeven zodat ik in de toekomst
gecontacteerd kan worden aangaande hun producten en diensten.

Uitschrijven kan via de Unsubscribe link op elke uitnodiging.

Pour bénéficier d’une visite gratuite à INTRAFOOD, vous devez vous préenregistrer et vous munir de
la version imprimée de votre confirmation d’inscription avec code-barres, que vous recevrez à la fin de
la procédure d’inscription. Veillez donc à ce que l’adresse courriel que vous mentionnez soit correcte.
Votre confirmation d’inscription est personnelle et non transférable.
Les exposants sont tenus de s’enregistrer en tant qu’exposants via le webshop. En cas d’inscription
en tant que visiteurs, ils seront soumis aux conditions s’appliquant aux visiteurs, heures d’ouverture
incluses.

KORTRIJK XPO collecte et traite des données personnelles dès le moment de votre visite sur le site
internet. Les données collectées concernent les coordonnées de contact de l’Acheteur et les données

A visit to INTRAFOOD is free provided you have pre-registered and can present a print-out of the
certificate of registration with barcode that you will receive by email after you have completed your
registration. Make sure that you fill in your email address correctly! Your entrance ticket is personal
and non-transferable.
Exhibitors should register to participate via the webshop. If you register as a visitor, the opening hours
and terms and conditions for visitors will apply.

KORTRIJK XPO collects and processes personal data from the moment you visit the website. The
data collected are contact information from the Purchaser and data to ensure the proper technical
operation of our website, including cookies, log information and information relating to the hardware,
software or network. These personal data are processed in relation to our sales and may also be used

Badge Policy
I understand that by choosing to allow my badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor, I am
providing to those third parties the information I submitted when registering for the event. I consent to
this information being given to those third parties so that they may contact me in future about their
