Cette approche interactive est inédite et valorise la parole
des usagers. Elle accompagne ainsi l’émergence et
la création de solutions innovantes pour répondre aux
besoins prioritaires.

A partir de ces échanges, il est possible d’identifier, qualifier et cibler
les besoins prioritaires des usagers. Cette cartographie fonde
l’élaboration d’un cahier des charges. Destiné notamment aux
chercheurs, aux entreprises et institutionnels, ce dernier leur
procurera des repères-clés pour concevoir des services et produits
innovants.
•• Méthodologie
L’ensemble du projet s’inscrit dans une approche collaborative globale de définition des besoins des usagers. La rencontre initiale du
16 septembre a formalisé le premier lien avec les représentants, et
généré une première priorisation des besoins. La démarche se
poursuit dans cette logique d’échanges, avec l’animation de groupes
de travail traitant les axes prioritaires.

•• Résultats
Une connaissance mutuelle améliorée entre les différents acteurs
et représentants d’usagers est la pierre d’angle de l’initiation d’une
relation de confiance. Dans cette logique, la mise en œuvre d’un
espace identifié d’échanges a déjà permis d’identifier les problématiques les plus sensibles.

OBJECTIVES
•• OPERATIONAL
The first objective is to create a relationship of trust between the
different players in the sector, through meeting and listening to each
other and respecting each other’s interests.
These exchanges make it possible to identify, define and target the
priority needs of the users. This mapping forms the basis for the
drawing up of specifications. These are intended particularly for
researchers, companies and institutions and will provide them with
key guidelines for designing innovative services and products.
•• METHODOLOGY
The entire project is based on a comprehensive collaborative initiative for defining user requirements. The initial meeting of the
16th September formalised the first link with representatives, and
generated a first prioritising of requirements. The initiative continues
to follow this collaborative principle, with working groups set up to
tackle priority issues.
EXPECTED/ACHIEVED
•• RESULTS
Improved mutual understanding between different players and user
representatives is the corner stone in building a relationship of trust.
In line with this approach, the creation of specific space for exchange of ideas has already allowed us to identify the most sensitive
issues.

of the loss of independence throughout one’s lifetime.
