The Joint Review Panel (Panel) conducting the review of the proposed Enbridge Northern
Gateway Project has finalized the schedule that it will follow to complete the remaining hearings
for oral statements.
The Panel has adjusted the hearing dates for some locations and set the dates for hearings for
Edmonton (AB), Calgary (AB), Port Hardy (BC), Comox (BC), Victoria (BC), Vancouver (BC)
and Kelowna (BC).

Information about all previously announced locations and how to schedule a presentation for an
oral statement can be found on the Panel’s website at www.gatewaypanel.review.gc.ca
As previously announced, the questioning phase of the final hearings will start on 4 September
2012. The Panel expects this phase to be completed by December 2012. Final argument will take
place in March and April 2013. Based on this timeline, the Panel expects to issue its report and
findings on the proposed project by December 2013.
La commission d’examen conjoint (la commission) chargée de l’examen du projet Northern
Gateway d’Enbridge a finalisé le processus qu’elle suivra afin de compléter les audiences
communautaires pour les exposés oraux.
La commission a effectué quelques changements aux dates d’audiences dans certains
emplacements et a finalisé les dates pour les audiences communautaires à Edmonton (Alb.),
Calgary (Alb.), Port Hardy (C.-B.), Comox (C.-B.), Victoria (C.-B.), Vancouver (C.-B.) et
Kelowna (C.-B.).

Tel qu’il a été annoncé précédemment, l’étape des questions pour les audiences finales
commencera le 4 septembre 2012. La commission prévoit que cette étape sera conclue d’ici
décembre 2012. La plaidoirie finale se tiendra en mars et avril 2013. Sur la base de toutes ces
dates, la commission prévoit avoir publié son rapport et ses conclusions sur le projet proposé
d’ici décembre 2013.
