Inter IKEA Centre Group (IICG) develops an ambitious and
innovative program
Located at the crossroad of the two main highways (A63 North-South
Bordeaux/Spain and A64 Pau/Bayonne), the retail project developed by
IKEA and Inter IKEA Centre Group (IICG) will benefit from an enlarged
catchment area, reinforced by the Spanish customers.
The leasing is in progress, establishing a good merchandising mix for a
major economic hub, and then reinforcing the attractiveness of the
Bayonne urban area and across the border, while respecting local and
regional economical balances. The first signatures are giving the tone,
with brands leaders on their market.

This last generation store will be the 3 rd one in South-West after Bordeaux
and Toulouse.

Offers qualitative products up to date and timeless at the same time, for
the needs of each period of life. The brand still get its reputation of quality
and its philosophy is still ongoing, knowing how to sell a product and not a

ETAM Lingerie
Leader in France for women’s underwear: an innovative and trendy brand
with a large and attractive offer.
FOOT LOCKER
American leader brand specialized in sportswear shoes.
HISTOIRE D’OR
