Bottle decoration by silk-screen printing is
mastered in the FERMAC R121/R123 - 8
colours machines which are the top of the
product range for bottles. The mechanic and
electronic engineers at FERMAC have recently
teamed up to create a new feature for this
high quality product. They have managed
to eliminate some mechanical regulations and
substitute them with electronically controlled
devices, making also possible the decoration
of flat containers . This creates a number of
advantages and one key bonus to bottle
decoration. The essential is this, positioning
of the object which is classically achieved with
mechanical adjustments will now be made
with a computer ( Fermac patent).
This change allows for 4 major advantages:
