PRESS RELEASE
“THE FRENCH ART OF LIVING
with MAISON&OBJET” show
6 – 9 October in Moscow
One single requirement: expressing the best of the French art of living!
With sponsorship by the National Committee for the Year of France-Russia 2010, UBIFRANCE and
MAISON&OBJET are organizing the “THE FRENCH ART OF LIVING with MAISON&OBJET” show in
Moscow.
The cross-cultural France-Russia Year 2010 offers the two countries a one-of-a-kind chance to
discover, learn more about, and appreciate the history, culture, economy and contemporary
realities of the two partner countries. It also aims to develop a dialogue between the two societies
about the major issues for them. The goal is to strengthen the historical ties between France and
Russia, and bring their relations into the future.
At the heart of the Russian capital, this show, dedicated to the FRENCH ART OF LIVING, expresses
the growing success of the values of French style among foreign audiences, who have a passion for
craftsmanship, trends, and design.
The huge success MAISON&OBJET has met with for nearly two decades is an advantage for
showcasing French design to the clientele at this new show, which will welcome over the course of
four days a selection of the best ambassadors of the French art of living.
One date, one place
- From October 6 to 9, 2010:
- 3 days for professionals
- 1 day open to a select general audience
- the place: the Manege, a historic building entirely renovated 4 years ago, a stone’s throw from
Red Square alongside the Kremlin. The spot’s extremely central location is a major asset.
