CTEC LX 700 is een reukarm en goedkoop koud ontvettingsmiddel, hoofdzakelijk ontwikkeld
voor toepassing in de metaalverwerkende en elektrotechnische industrie voor het
verwijderen van oliën, vetten, vuil, boor- en snijoliën e.d. op onderdelen van motoren en
machines, mechanische, elektrische en elektronische apparatuur, elektromotoren, enz.
CTEC LX 700 is door zijn reukloze karakter bijzonder geschikt voor bedrijven, werkplaatsen,
revisie-afdelingen, aan boord van schepen en overal waar speciale eisen ten aanzien van
het ontbreken van hinderlijke geur van ontvettingsmiddelen worden gesteld. Een extra
voordeel van CTEC LX 700 is het hoge vlampunt.
CTEC LX 700 wordt reeds toegepast in de metaalindustrie, elektrotechnisch industrie,
scheepswerven, raffinaderijen, chemische industrie evenals in elektriciteitscentrales,
openbaar vervoer en in de scheepvaart, transportbedrijven, e.d.. In al deze sectoren heeft
de toepassing van CTEC LX 700 vaak geleid tot kostenbesparing, een prettiger werkklimaat.

Productbeschrijving
CTEC LX 700 is een neutrale, waterheldere vloeistof. Bevat geen zure of alkalische stoffen. Is
niet agressief. Bevat geen gechloreerde koolwaterstoffen en geen
chloorfluorkoolwaterstoffen (CFK’s). Bevat praktisch geen aromatische koolwaterstoffen.
CTEC LX 700 heeft een zwakke geur en is veilig bij normaal gebruik. Zeer hoog, veilig
vlampunt : ca. 72° C.
CTEC LX 700 is een koolwaterstof-oplosmiddel mengsel, bestaande uit aliphatische
koolwaterstoffen.
CTEC LX 700 verdampt langzaam. Verdampingsverliezen zijn daarom bijzonder gering
(= kostenbesparing). Economisch in het gebruik. De ventilatiebehoefte is zeer gering.
Minder gevaarlijk en schadelijk dan bv. terpentine (white spirit), petroleum, benzine,
wasbenzine, thinner, verfverdunners, gasolie, dieselolie, vele gechloreerde producten en vele
andere verouderde ontvettingsmiddelen.
CTEC LX 700 tast metaal, kunststof, isolatiemateriaal, rubber en bestaande verflagen niet
aan. Geen kans op vorming van giftige dampen in nabijheid van laswerkzaamheden.
Vormt geen fotochemische smog. Laat geen residu-geur achter. Niet corrosief. Wordt altijd
geleverd in nieuwe originele vaten.
CTEC LX 700 behoeft volgens de E.G.-richtlijn 79/831 niet gekenmerkt te worden als
schadelijke, irriterende, corrosieve, brandgevaarlijke, oxiderende of giftige stof.
Gebruiksaanwijzing
Product koud gebruiken door middel van borstelen, spuiten of dompelen, of een combinatie
daarvan. Grote objecten kunnen worden afgespoten; spuit liever een dunne straal dan een
nevel. Ontvetting kan ook in een reinigingsmachine geschieden, die voorzien is van een
goed afsluitend deksel, een pneumatische of andere agitatie, spuitpistolen en een goede
afzuiging. In eenvoudige dompelbaden kan de reinigende werking versterkt worden door
inblazen van lucht, borstelen of spuiten. Dek het dompelbad af indien het niet in gebruik is.
In vele gevallen kan CTEC LX 700 ook uitstekend toegepast worden met behulp van de CTEC
onderdelenreinigingstafel voor het snel en doelmatig ontvetten van kleine onderdelen. Voor
reiniging/ontvetting van grote hoeveelheden voorwerpen is een CTEC dompelspoelmachine
ideaal.
In geval de langzame droging van LX 700 een bezwaar zou zijn, kunnen voorwerpen na
ontvetting desgewenst met perslucht worden drooggeblazen.
Product niet gebruiken in een dampontvettingsinstallatie.
Draag tijdens gebruik bij voorkeur goede rubber of plastic handschoenen om ontvetting van
de huid tegen te gaan. Niet gebruiken bij open vuur, niet roken tijdens het werk, product niet
verwarmen. Zorg steeds voor een goede ventilatie. Behandel geen objecten die een
hogere temperatuur hebben dan het vlampunt van CTEC LX 700.

Application
CTEC LX 700 est un dégraissant à froid pratiquement inodoré et bon marché, développé pour
être utilisé dans l’industrie métallurgique et électrotechnique afin d’enlever les huiles, les
graisses, les huiles de forage et de coupe, etc. … des pièces de moteurs et de machines,
d’équipements mécaniques, d’équipements électriques et électroniques, etc. …
CTEC LX 700 convient parfaitement, par son caractères pratiquement inodore, aux
entreprises, aux ateliers, aux départements de révision, au travail à bord de navires et
surtout aux endroits ou des exigences spéciales sont posées quant à l’absence d’odeurs
déplaisantes des dégraissants. Le point d’inflammation très élevé du CTEC LX 700
constitue un avantage supplémentaire.
CTE LX 700 peut être utilisé dans l’industrie métallurgique, dans l’industrie
électrotechnique, sur les chantiers navals, dans les raffineries, dans l’industrie chimique ainsi
que dans les centrales électriques, pour le transport en commun et dans la navigation, dans
les entreprises de transport, etc. … Dans touts ces secteurs, l’utilisation de CTEC LX 700

Description
CTEC LX 700 est un liquide neutre, clair comme de l’eau. Il ne contient pas de substances
acides ni alcalines, et n’est pas agressif. Il ne contient pas de hydrocarbures chlorés (CFK’s)
et pratiquement pas d’hydrocarbures aromatiques.
CTEC LX 700 a une odeur faible et ne présente pas de risque en cas d’usage normal. Il a un
point d’inflammation très élevé et donc sûr : environ 72° C.

CTEC LX 700 est un mélange d’hydrocarbure-solvant, comportant des hydrocarbures
aliphatiques.
CTEC LX 700 s’évapore lentement, par conséquent, les pertes d’évaporation sont très
minimes (= économie). Il a une consommation économique. Le besoin de ventilation est peu
important. CTEC LX 700 est moins dangereux et nuisible que p.e. la térébenthine (white
spirit), le pétrole, l’essence, la benzine de dégraissage, le thinner, les diluants de peinture, le
gas-oil, l’huile diesel, de nombreux produits chlorés et de nombreux dégraissants désuets.
Suivant la directive C.E. 79/831, le CTEC LX 700 ne doit pas être qualifié comme substance
nuisible, irritante, corrosive, inflammable, oxydable, ni toxique.
Mode d’emploi
Appliquez le produit à froid au moyen de brossage, de pulvérisation ou par immersion ; ou
par une combinaison de ces méthodes. De grands objets peuvent être nettoyés au jet, plutôt
par un jet fin qu’en atomisant. Le dégraissage peut aussi se faire dans une machine de
nettoyage, munie d’un couvercle bien fermé, d’une agitation pneumatique ou autre, de
pistolets de projection et d’une bonne renforcé en injectant de l’air, en brossant ou en
pulvérisant. Recouvrez le bain d’immersion lorsqu’il est hors de service.
Dans de nombreux cas, CTEC LX 700 peut également être appliqué avec succès à l’aide de
la fontaine de nettoyage pièces CTEC, ou à l’aide de la fontaine de nettoyage pièces CTEC
type Mammouth pour le dégraissage rapide et efficace de petites pièces. Pour le
nettoyage/dégraissage de grandes quantités d’objets, une machine au trempé CTEC est
idéale.
Au cas ou le séchage lent du CTEC LX 700 serait un inconvénient, les objets peuvent
éventuellement être séchés à l’air comprimé après le dégraissage.
Ne pas utiliser le produit dans une installation de dégraissage à vapeurs.
Portez de préférence de bons gants en caoutchouc ou en plastique pendant l’usage, afin
d’éviter le dégraissage de la peau. Ne pas utiliser près d’un feu nu, ne pas fumer pendant le
travail, ne pas chauffer le produit. Toujours prévoir une bonne ventilation. Ne pas traiter
d’objet ayant une température plus élevée que le point d’inflammation de CTEC LX 700.

Application
CTEC LX 700 is an odourless and cheap degreasing liquid that can be used for cold
degreasing in metalworking and electro-technical industries for the removal of oils, fatty
matter, soil, etc. from metal objects, parts of eninges and machinery, electrical and electrotechnical equipment, etc.
Because of its odourless character, CTEC LX 700 is extremely suitable for companies, revision
departments, on board of ships and where the absence of badly smelling vapours is a must.
A supplementary advantage is the high flashpoint.
Uptill now, CTEC LX 700 finds its application in the metal-working and electro-technical
industries, shipyards, refiniries, chemical industries, also in electricity centrals, the public
transport, the corporation works and the navigation, transport companies, etc. … In all those
sections the use of CTEC LX 700 has often leaded to reduced expenses, a more pleasant
work-climate and a lesser charging of the environment.
Product description
CTEC LX 700 is a neutral, waterclear liquid, it does not contain any acid or alkaline
ingredients, it is not agressif. It is free of chlorinated hydrocarbons. Contains hardly any
aromatic hydrocarbons.
CTEC LX 700 has hardly any odour at all and it is safe in normal use. The flashpoint is approx.
72° C (closed up).
Because CTEC LX 700 doesn't contain any clorinated, nor aromatic hydrocarbones, there is
no danger of stupefaction.
It evaporates slowly. Evaporation losses are therefor very low (= decreased costs).
CTEC LX 700 has a very economic consumption. Its relative need of ventilation is very low.
This product is less dangerous and less harmful than f.e. mineral spirit (white spirit), petroleum,
dry-cleaning naphta, thinner, paint-thinner, gas oil, diesel oil, many chlorinated products and
many conventional degreasers.

CTEC LX 700 does not have to be considered as dangerous, irritating, corrosive, oxydating of
virulent chemical following the EG-guidances 79/831.
Instructions for use
For degreasing and cleaning CTEC LX 700 is used cold by means of brushing, spraying or
dipping, or a combination of these actions. Big objects can be sprayed; it is better to spray a
thin jet than to create a haze. Degreasing can also be effected in a component cleaning
table, provided with a properly fitting cover, pneumatic or other agitation, spray guns and a
good exhausting system. In simple immersion plants, the cleaningt effect can be increased
by air injection, brusing or spraying. Close the immersion bath when it is not used.
IN MANY CASES CTEC LX 700 CAN ALSO BE USED IN A CTEC COMPONENT CLEANING TABLE
FOR THE QUICK AND APPROPRIATE DEGREASING OF SPARE PARTS.
When the slow drying of CTEC LX 700 causes an objection, the parts can be blowed dry with
compressed air.
CTEC LX 700 cannot be used in vapour-degreasing equipment.
It is advisable to wear good rubber (f.e. neoprene) or plastic gloves to prevent degreasing of
the skin. Do not use the product in the proximity of an open fire, don't smoke when working
with the product, do not heat the product. Always provide an adequate ventilation. Do not
treat objects which have the same or a higher temperature than the flashpoint of CTEC LX
700.

CTEC LX 700 ist ein geruchfrei, billig, kalt Entfettungsprodukt, hauptsächlich entwickelt für
Anwendung in die metallverarbeitete und elektrotechnische Industrie für entfernen von Öl,
Fett, Schmutz, Bohr- und Schneidöl, usw. auf Teile von Motoren und Maschinen, mechanische,
elektrische und elektronische Apparatur, Elektromotoren, usw
CTEC LX 700 ist durch seine geruchfreie Charakter sehr geeignet wo jede Geruchbelästigung
ist ungewunscht z.B. in Arbeitsplatze, Revisionplatze, an Bord den Schiffe, usw. Eine extra
Vergünstigung von LX 700 ist das hohe Flammpunkt.
CTEC LX 700 wird jetzt angewendet in die Metallindustrie, elektrotechnisch Industrie,
Schiffswerte, Raffinerien, chemische Industrie wie auch in Energieversorgungsunternehmen,
öffentlichen Transport, usw. In al diesen Sektoren hat die Anwendung von CTEC LX 700 oft
geführt zum Kostendämpfung und einem angenehmeren Arbeitsklima.
Produktumschreibung
CTEC LX 700 ist eine neutrale, wasserklare Flüssigkeit. Enthaltet keine sauere oder alkalische
Substanze.
Ist nicht aggresiv. Enthaltet keine chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffen und keine
Chlorfluorkohlenwasserstoffen (CFK’s). Enthaltet so gut wie keine aromatische
Kohlenwasserstoffen.
CTEC LX 700 hat einen schwachen Geruch und ist sicher beim normalen Gebrauch. Sehr
hoch, sicher Flammpunkt von 72° C.
CTEC LX 700 ist ein Kohlenwasserstoff-Lösemittel Gemenge, bestehende aus alifatische
Kohlenwasserstoffen.

CTEC LX 700 verdampft sehr langsam. Verdampfungsverlusten sind darum besonder gering
(= Kosteneinsparung). Economisch in Anwendung. Die Ventilationbedarfe sind sehr gering.
Geringer gefährlich und schädlich wie z.B. Terpentin (White Spirit), Petroleum, Benzin,
Waschbenzin, Verdünner, Farbeverdünner, Gasöl, Dieselöl, viele chlorierte Produkten und
viele andere alterte Entfettungsprodukte.
CTEC LX 700 fresst Metall, Kunststoff, Isolationsmaterial, Kautschuk und bestehenden
Farbenanstrichen nicht an. Keine Möglichkeit für Bildung von giftige Dampfen in die
Umgebung von Schweißwirksamkeiten. Keine Bildung von fotochemische Smog. Hinterlaßt
keine Residumgeruch. Nicht korrosiv. Wird immer geliefert in neue originelle Faßer.
CTEC LX 700 muß folgens die EG-Richtlinie 79/831 nicht markiert werden als schädlich,
irritierend, feuergefährlich, oxydierend oder giftige Substanze.
Gebrauchsanleitung
Produkt kalt brauchen mittels bürsten, spritzen oder tauchspühlen, oder einen Kombination.
Große Teile können abgespritzt werden; eine dunne Strahl spritzen, keine Nebel. Entfettung
kann auch geschieden in eine Reinigungsmaschine, ausgestattet mit einem gut schließenden
Deckel; einer pneumatischen oder anderen Agitation, Spritzpistole und eine gute
Absaugung.
In einfache Tauchspüler kann die reinigende Wirkung verstärkt werden mittels einblasen von
Luft, bürsten oder spritzen. Die Maschine abdecken wenn dieses nicht angewendet wird.
In mancherlei Fallen kann CTEC LX 700 auch angewendet werden mit Hilfe eine CTEC
Teilereinigungstisch für schnelle und wirksame Entfettung der kleine Teile. Für
Reinigung/Entfettung von große Quantitäte ist einen Tauchspüler ideal.
Im Falle eine langsame Trocknung von CTEC LX 700 einen Hindernis ist, können Teile nach
Entfettung auch trockgeblasen werden mit Preßluft.
Produkt nicht brauchen in eine Dampfentfettungsinstallation.
Gute Handschühe tragen während die Arbeit, kautschuk oder kunststoff, um Entfettung der
Haut zu vermeiden. Nicht brauchen beim offen Feuer, nicht rauchen während die Arbeit.
Reinig keine Teile mit einer hocheren Temperatur wie das Flammpunkt von CTEC LX 700.
