Soirée Porcelaine: Darling Foundry Fundraiser and 20th anniversary of Quartier Éphémère
Dear Friends,
The Darling Foundry is pleased to invite you to its annual fundraiser and 20th anniversary of
Quartier Éphémère, the organization that founded it, on Wednesday, May 21st.
Soirée Porcelaine reflects the delicacy and the fragility of an organization that has withstood
the test of time, thanks to the know-how and commitment of its team, artists and members.
This celebration also marks the 20th anniversary of Quartier Éphémère, the pioneering
organization uniquely situated in the heart of this community, which continues to forge a
dynamic and unifying vision between you, our supporters and our audience.
On this occasion, we invite you to join us at the Darling Foundry to celebrate:
20 years of cutting-edge artistic exploration and cultural achievement;
20 years of civic and community involvement, making culture a social priority;
20 years of growth, thanks to your unwavering support that allows us to stand firm in the face
of any unforeseen circumstances.
You will have exclusive access to the studios of all artists-in-residence and the artists will be
in attendance to personally welcome you. You can also enjoy previews of two exhibitions by
international artists Dora Garcia (Spain), who will exhibit a video installation, and Christina
Zurfluh (Switzerland), who will mount a painting exhibition.
A unique cocktail dinner designed and orchestrated by Hubert Marsolais and Claude Pelletier
of the restaurant Le Serpent, which has newly opened in the Darling Foundry, will begin at 6
PM. Our infamous dance party, open to the general public from 8 PM, will follow this event.
